Location , right on the lake shore . Convient to town . Malcesine is a beautiful quaint town. Cabel car trip is a must

The facilities, the view and staff were fantastic.

Perfect location directly on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful in any way. Very good breakfast. You can reach the center of Malcesine comfortable with a nice walk on the promenade along the lakeside. Genious are the three tables of the restaurant directly at the lake.

Excellent location, probably one of the best in the north of the lake, no noise from the street, directly on the beach, unbeatable for windsurfing

1) Unacceptable that a property like this does not accept American Express for payment 2) Air conditioning in the room not perfectly working (but probably that was a problem of my specific room)

My sister and I stayed for one night. We loved the hotel! The two sisters that run the hotel were so nice and helpful. The room, location, and view were amazing. The hotel was a short walk from town which was nice to get out of the very busy area. We had dinner at the restaurant with an amazing view! The food was delicious! Especially, the eggplant appetizer and the carbonara. Malcesine is a must stop while visiting Lake Garda!

A delightful very friendly hotel. Location is great and all staff so helpful. Room size was perfect for 2; 1 adult and 1 teenager. Lovely food if you want to dine in or just sit and have drinks. Again excellent customer service. Would definitely visit again.

We booked a Superior room with a lake view. Don’t stay on the first floor if you want to see the lake as the description of the rooms on the first floor needs to be changed to “limited view of the lake” and the price adjusted downwards. After negotiation we up graded the room at a cost of a further €100 for 4 nights and had a room on the top floor. The restaurant was also shut without prior warning therefore no evening meals only breakfast.
