The staff were really nice, professional, and helpful. They had everything covered. Despite the Tour de France taking place, the location was just far enough at the end of the hoopla that it remained fairly quiet. Yet, you were just a few minutes walk away from everything. I really liked my room's balcony overlooking the main thoroughfare into Morzine. It provided a great place to relax as the temps cooled down. I'm not a skier but I would definitely go back there just to hang out in the area in the fall - before it begins to snow.
There's nothing that could have been done about the outside noise and heat that wouldn't involve structural changes to the hotel. Finding anything in Morzine with air conditioning is a stretch. So, there's really nothing to complain about.

Our 3rd visit to Hotel Igloo but our first summer visit. Large room at back of hotel (this is the quieter aspect), fabulous view with a balcony. Very large comfortable bed, recently refurbished room. Lovely large bathroom with a full sized bath and powerful shower. Spotlessly clean, good supply of tea and coffee in the room. Excellent location.

Great location, an easy walk to both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts and all the free bus stops . Staff could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome. Hotel had everything we needed.
There is quite a lot of road noise, but most of this can be blocked out by closing the balcony door and roller shutter.

The staff and especially the proprietor were all very welcoming friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had plenty of variety and choice.
Only that there was no bar!!

The hotel was in the perfect location near the pleney lift and had lockers to leave ski wear which was great.
Breakfast was provided daily and there was a kitchenette available to use all day which was a nice little extra that wasn’t expected.
