Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was plenty, location was great, we had the room with balcony and the view was very nice.
Wifi didn’t work in the room in the 4th floor, facilities are old but comfortable and matches the mountain style.

The Dinner was amazing. It was so so good it has revolutionised my understanding of how good french food can be. The service was also excellent. I am genuinely very sad to have left and want to go back.

very much liked the welcoming staff. The mountain view from our balcony was excellent and the beds really comfortable. the lounge and bar area was relaxing and we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and sunbathing on the large sun deck multiple times.
The Wifi did not work in our 4th floor bedroom.
We tried to book an extra night and room by altering our booking.com booking and was advised this was not possible so we booked a third night in another hotel.
The breakfast was quite average for the price - no muesli or hot food.
I would have welcomed tea and coffee in the room.
The garden at the entrance to the property was not well maintained.

A lovely summer stay as part if a mountain biking trip. The hotel is of an intimate yet spacious size with the pleasant decor and atmosphere of a traditional Alpine chalet. the owners are very hands on with their management which gives a friendly and flexible service. This combined with the good facilities, swimming pool and cosy but well sized bedrooms means that I will be back again!

The way the hotel employees took care about us like a family during our stay, the very good food at the restaurant very very good meals in high level at reasonable price

A bit run down and dated, but quaint and comfortable.
The hotel will need a modernization soon, lift fits only 2 people, as does the sauna…
4.3
Good location, food is delicious and the place is clean
Madame the hotel owner is very rude and arrogant, with no sense of customer service.

We loved our room on the 4th floor!
Spacious, cozy, nicely decorated, and with a comfy bed. And the view from the balcony was the best! Each morning before skiing and each evening after, we enjoyed the beautiful landscape from there. Such a treat!
We booked our stay half-board since it was the only option, and we didn't regret it at all. The food was very delicious and varied each evening. The breakfast was a little basic. I normally prefer to have more vegetables, but the puffy and tasty croissants made me forget all about that.
For skiing, the location is just right. The closest sky lift is Belle Étoile, totally accessible by foot. Nonetheless, every morning you can conveniently take the hotel's shuttle bus to any skylift in the resort. For getting back, there's a very convenient slope, just a couple of minutes away, running at the back of the hotel, going towards Valleé Blanche.
A special thanks must go to the staff of Adret Hotel!
Each person we interacted with cast an aura of kindness and truthful friendliness towards us and the guest in general. From the reception and restaurant personnel to the owner and shuttle driver, and to the cleaning ladies, they all made our stay feel like we entered their family and it was a great feeling.

excellent food. half board was exceptional, 4 courses and high quality ingredients.
more greens to be served at dinner.

The rooms are basic but they were both comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and certainly exceeded our expectations. The staff were both very friendly and helpful.
4.3
Really good food both breakfast and dinner. Owners and staff really made you feel welcome. Nothing too much trouble.
4.3
Food quality was excellent with a choice of two main dishes for dinner.
Some of the rooms still needed refurbishing
4.3
Food was great every day. Staff very friendly. Beds made up every day. Personal bus transfer to anywhere in the resort each morning.
The resort ski buses could have been more frequent and therefore less busy. At times they were so full you could not get on.
4.3
Good food, you have choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and dessert, but you can request changes or whatever dietary requirement you need and they will do their best for you. Quality of the food was very good, I loved every meal.
Rooms a good size, comfy bed, nice shower (family room) nice view even on 2nd floor.
Pool was a nice surprise, a good size maybe 10m and warm, sauna too was nice.
Staff very friendly and helpful, you can tell it is a family run hotel. We arrived late at night and left early morning but they were very accomadating and made us a breakfast the night before for when we left.
5m walk to slopes where you can ski across to Jandri gondola or just take chair lift higher. Shuttle to town also very handy.
Breakfast was limited, only cornflakes, rice cripsies and coco puffs for cereals, really missed porridge or muesli. Bread, cheese, ham, boiled egg was the rest, non of usual English breakfast stuff. Was good food but not a huge variety.
Need new table tennis bats.
I little far from town centre, maybe 15-20m walk
4.3
The food was excellent, a particular highlight was the dinner which was amazing each evening. The staff were incredibly attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Service and the quality of the food
Facilities some what dated....
4.3
Nice room, great balcony facing the mountain, that was awesome.
Spacious enough for 2 persons.
Loved the swimming pool and the breakfast.
Easy to park.
The host did not manage to address efficiently noise disruption made by youngsters smoking pots and playing loud music in one of their rooms. This is not acceptable for an hotel of this price and standard.
4.3
Friendly staff, lovely and very clean room, delicious breakfast and a refreshing swimming pool. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Bathroom a bit old fashioned.
