Great location, friendly staff. Enough space in the suite, equipped properly.

Room was little bit old, towels were old and torn. We left a small bag with medicines on the dinning table and could not find it when we got back Breakfast was not good the first day.

The breakfast was excellent, had a pleasant taste, have multiple options and all days had some variables The room was large, fully equipment, great view and the location is in a secure zone and easy to walk

I enjoy all my stay in this hotel, I only can say that the room have some old stuff but is not a issue

Great Breasfast, security at the door and building were fantastic. nice room size and very clean. I specifically loved pillows with different puffiness. detox juices were the best! Valet parking was really good.

Excellent location in upscale Santa Fe's financial district on Avenida Santa Fe. Several grocery stores and restaurants on the street (City Market, Soriana, Walmart Express, Costco, Sams Club nearby), including a convenient store right downstairs; Beautiful Parque la Mexicana is right across the street with a jogging and bike trail, several restaurants and an amazing local coffee shop called Local 3; Hotel had delicious breakfast options; Size of the suite was more than double the size of the studio room and included a kitchenette, fridge, washing machine, dining table and ample living room space. The facility and rooms were very clean.

The studio room is too small and doesn't include a fridge. Also, the design of the shower is flawed; water was flowing into the toilet area and you can barely spread out your arms. Staff is not properly trained- one staff member quoted me a higher price for room a upgrade while another quoted me a lower price. Additionally, I was told I had to pay for breakfast when in fact it was included in my booking.

Had high hopes for this place given its location. It’s in a newer business district amongst high rises. The building interior is ok. Apartment itself was was very clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils if cooking while on vacation is your thing. Beds are very hard, no heat or ac in unit except for master bedroom but it did not work. Shower leaked everywhere, was not expecting to mop the bathroom after showering. Staff is not the friendliest but are helpful if that makes sense. Overall an ok place to spend a night but not sure about lengthier stays.
