Hotel staff were very helpful. Location is super at the edge of the old city and few steps from Hamilus, where many public transportation options are available

The staffs were very very friendly. I have to reschedule my plan and arrived after the check-in hour because my train got cancelled. However, they managed to have someone waiting for me, and he was very willing to help with everything, including guiding through the places I should visit. They even upgraded my room to a bigger one although I was there alone. The room comes with everything, as it is also a service apartment. What surprised me the most is the kitchen equipment, which they literally provide everything (eg. coffee maker, pan, microwave, electric stove, and much more). I did not use any facility such as fitness since I was there for only 3 nights and spent most of the time exploring the city. The housekeeper was also very kind. The room is very very clean and large. Location is extremely great, in the middle of the city and close to the supermarket and many restaurants/cafes. The staff also allowed me to keep my stuff at the hotel after I checked out, so that I can spend time shopping before leaving the city. Overall, I really love it and should have stayed longer.

The hotel use the key for both the door room and security box, which is a little bit hard to carry and a little heavy. Unlocking the door after the staff working hours is also a little tricky. There is also no bell at the room or maybe I did not see that, so sometime the housekeeper can surprise you at anytime in the morning.

Domus is an excelent hotel for a stay in the city of Luxembourg.Its cleanliness,very kind and helpful personnel together with its fantastic location close to everything (including streetcar and bus stops) make it a very good choice for short and longer stays.Starting set of groceries in the room and honesty bar downstairs in the lobby are additional features making Domus even more friendly and attractive.If travelling by car-there is an indoor parking in the basement which is very handy in this busy center location.

Wish I could stay longer and could chat a bit more with very friendly receptionists.Maybe next time? Hope so!

The location is incredible and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was equipped enough to make a lot of great stove top meals.

My room sometimes smelled odd- I think it came from something outside the window. I did really appreciate how they didn’t scent the rooms though.

The staff is extra helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very central, half way from Gare Central and Kirchberg, a minute away (walking) from Ville Haute (Place d'Armes). The room was very clean, perfectly equipped and quiet (I asked for it and got it - excellent). The breakfast was not included, but there's a kitchenette and Alima supermarket is about 600m away. That said, breakfast is also available at the property (you order it the day before and it comes as a room service), for a reasonable price and of good quality. I would surely recommend it if you arrive late and have no options to buy something for the next morning. I have stayed in Luxembourg before (high-end and cheaper hotels) and I can say that this was one of the best accomodations so far. Especially because of the helpful staff, simple but functional rooms and fair price.

The only minor issue was the A/C, of which settings were not very simple, but go and ask the receptionist for help.
