Very good location for hiking.

Some noise from outside coming from some machine ( room in the backside of the building), it's disturbing as you can't open the window.

My stay Was too short.

Location and Breakfast service is Good.

Hotel Rooms are really wearied, Carpets are dirty, Locks are mechanical and are not working. Bathroom Toilet are not good.

all restaurants where closed. the staff was so kind to open up the kitchen so we could eat a perfect schnitzel. many thanks 👍

The waiter service was badly organised, long wait 40 minutes to get a drink I ordered three times...food took longer... and they were not that busy.

Not for the first time we suffered again by being allocated ‘A Booking.com Room’! as has happened elsewhere on a number of occasions (eg Hotel Rheinpark in Rees)the room allocated was about as far away from Reception as was possible. In this case, Room 323 was farthest equal with Room 324 from the centre of the hotel, on the third floor with no lift beyond the first floor and steep staircases - a long hike with luggage. Booking.com might care to be aware of this practice which I suspect may be widespread. Breakfast was at best moderate, as was dinner.
