Central location to sites, and restaurants and shopping is close by. The hot and cold water dispenser on the floor was very convenient and better than the small plastic bottles.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Exceptionally delicious breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is very well located: in the city centre with access by river taxi.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you. The bed very comfortable, tv had lots of streaming apps, restaurant was very good offering western and Asian food.

Hotel is in middle of reconstruction. Lots of noise from street outside window and thin walls meant I heard neighbors going to use the toilet. Too expensive for what was on offee.

The staff were very nice and helpful!
Construction going on throughout the day, and the Wi-Fi system was a pain with the expiring codes.

the main lobby was nicely renovated and the adjoining restaurant Yelo was nicely done up too. near to city centre and walkable to the waterfront.
the rooms however were old and very dim. not enough power sockets for charging next to the beds.
ensuite toilets had a smell and placement of the fittings were odd.
toilet amenities were extremely basic, no in-room slippers given.
2 passwords were given for wifi access to 2 devices only. and one did not work.

I very much appreciate that this hotel is reducing the amount of plastic waste by having a water dispenser where you can fill in a reusable bottle provided by the hotel.

The hotel staff were brilliant! They really couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable, not terribly spacious but enough for all ones needs. The location was also excellent. Very close to the large Masjid, park, water village, canal, museums, malls and local shops. The local people are friendly and polite.

Free refillable good quality water dispenser. Hotel lobby is beautiful and picture worthy with its minimalist yet contemporary interiors.
AC was a bit loud and lack of hotel facilities such as swimming pool.

The location is perfect, in the center.
Struggle to get parking, since the hotel did not have parking lot.

I loved the overall ambience of the hotel. It has a beautiful lobby area and a wonderful restaurant. The location was perfect if you need to go to town early in the morning for Bandarku Ceria events.
I got injured the morning of my stay and I wanted to order room service so I could stay in my room and rest, but it was not available untill 11.00am; so this was a bit of an inconvenience for me.
Also, it took a while to get hot water from the shower in my room, and the shower “sings”.

Very easy to find food. If you check in on thursday or saturday, you can go to Tamu Kianggeh early in the morning to buy budget food.

The staff are excellent! So does the managing director himself!
The bathroom needs scrubbing and lights. Other than that, it was great.
Had an issue regarding booked room saying i have to cancel my bookings through booking.com due having no room available. However, in the end i managed to check in very late.
The air-conditioning needs servicing

The location is very convenient bcos its in the middle of the city.
For me the room is just too pricey bcos the room is quite small.
The hot shower sometimes did not come out hot/warm, its just cold.
Also there is a misunderstanding about how many rooms we booked. But in the end it resolved. Its just we can only checked in after 4/5pm. Its very late. But the hotel gives us late check out also. Very considerate. Thank you for that
