We stayed 5 nights in total over the New Year period.
We were unable to sleep due to the pub downstairs playing very loud music and general pub noise. The rowdiness went on well after midnight almost every night.
The walls between rooms are paper thin-you can clearly hear people talking, snoring, opening/ closing doors, flushing toilet etc in rooms next to you.
Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper.
On New Year’s Eve we were refused service at the hotel’s restaurant due to a function. Had we been informed about this beforehand it wouldn’t have been a problem as we could have pre-prepared.
However, the entire town’s restaurants were booked out and we were unable to get dinner anywhere.
There are no facilities in the room or hotel to accommodate such situations i.e microwaves, kettle, fridge.
Luckily the waitstaff put boiling water in cup-a-noodles for us (the only food we could get).
I was furious about this considering I paid the hotel almost €300 per night to stay!

It was a lovely stay. We only picked it last minute for our travel from the Italian Riviera back to the UK.
Situated near the Frejus tunnel in a slope ideally for in session sports we enjoyed our short stop over with a meal in the restaurant. Breakfast at 8 am was already set up and plentiful.
The only bit that we noticed with our British eyes was the lack of vegan food, which isn't unusual in Italy and may be just interesting for a limited amount of travelers.

Room at third floor and no elevator. Can be noisy with a trendy bar in the building. Wanted to take a drink in the outdoor bar, no staff gave notice so we left, not good....

Incredibly friendly staff, lovely rooms with beautiful linens and amazing views and to top it all, a lovely cosy restaurant and little bar. This hotel way over delivered and we were delighted. We will definitely be back.

Ambience, chalet atmosphere, mountain feel, staff, food were all good. My room, a quadruple was sizable and clean. The only spot on this room was the size and position of the two TV sets, totally inadequate nowadays.
The loud street below could not be kept outside of my room by not so sound proof windows .
The manager or owner was a stunningly good looking lady.

The staff were great we were only there one night but they made us feel very welcome.
The room was spotless and loved the decor.
Breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed the meal that evening in the restaurant.o
