property is well situated. The facilities are well maintained and nice looking. We wanted to reduce the amount of days we had booked and the staff were super helpful and professionals to solve the problem. We liked that a lot

the room we stayed was terrible. it had ants and stains on the walls. I don’t know if it was just the bedroom we stayed in. Maybe other rooms can be different. But we decided to stay only one night because of that. In our case we were on our honey moon. so we would really not want to be in that bedroom There are no bedside lamps.

The room is very spacious and breakfast is very complete with a lot of options. The hotel is beach front and has an easy access.

The bed sheets and towels were old.

no hot water in the shower / bathroom for 2 days & nights; the bathroom smells from mildew, mold and even sewage at times. Extremely humid room and the a/c doesn't help at all. The staff not the most helpful or caring when complaints were made...left you hanging waiting for answer

The hotel has accessible room, which is ideal for the disabled people. The breakfast was good.

The staff did not speak english properly. The room that we got was on the first floor, close to breakfast area, the room does not have good sound isolation so we kept on hearing everything that people spoke outside.

The hotel was right on the beach and also nice and quiet despite being on the main road. Breakfast was really good and well presented and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool area is a nice touch and pleasant to cool of in, you could also order food in and eat there. The room was clean, spacious and modern. I had broken my toe prior to arrival and we had asked to be in a room on the ground floor which they kindly accommodated, worth noting that the hotel is wheelchair accessible.

Great location in front of the sea, several shops and restaurant close to the hotel.

Bed acoustic isolation your can hear everything outside the door. The bed was not confortable The shower had some humidity spot. As well the room has several aunts.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is small but seems pretty new and very well taken care of. Great choice of restaurants that delivered there. We had no issues of any kind and extended our stay by 1 day.

As most places in Brazil, they need more vegetarian and vegan friendly options for breakfast.
