The lobby was big and beautiful. The staff is pleasant and smiling.. the bed is comfortable.

On the day of arrival I was told that it is not possible to pay by credit card today. There is a problem, you have to pay in cash. The window of the room faces some factory, very close by. No view and no silence. The bread is given sparingly. I got three small slices, I had to go down to the lobby twice and ask for more bread because the waitress kept coming out. And in general, the bread is completely dry and tasteless. The air conditioner in the room is very weak, and in addition it is down behind the curtain. When you close the curtain because of the desire for privacy, (there is a factory right next door), or because of the sun, You don't feel the air conditioner at all. The air conditioners in the dining room, or in the lobby, are also very weak, you eat and sweat. Many dishes are missing from the meal order menu.. The safe was out of order, I was told they were aware of that. I was afraid to leave the room. They promised me that no one would enter my room. I purposely only book hotels with a safe for my peace of mind. The pillowcase of one of the pillows had mold.. There were other small problems like with the light bulbs in the room, or a problem with the faucet in the bathroom. with the elevator, and more.

The breakfast was served between 07:00-10:00 and at 9:30 the table was empty. They didn't bring any more food until we had to ask repeatedly for it.

Friendly staff, clean, very comfortable for 2kids and adult. we had first floor. quite and peaceful.small, but nice breakfast!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, with local produce, you got a wide range offered, which I still all need to test. I did eat in as well, they do prepare dishes on request, had a huge omelet with bread, which was excellent, got a very rich mushroom cream soup, which was excellent as well. At the reception, English was mostly spoken, and managed to have a fluent conversation, and was thankful, for their help, configuring the local provider's network, so it started to conversate in English with me . Ahh, did I mention, they also have a sauna ? you needed a taxi ? just one question. They also arranged pickup, and return to airport., perfectly on time.

Not much. sometimes, there were some problems understanding each other, but then, we all have a translation service available. I would love just one big towel more. I like to open the day, with fresh orange juice.
