Nothing.

I have booked this apartment in Luxembourg based on booking genius recommended properties. Well…things are not exactly as they are presented. Firstly, I did not get the apartment appearing in my pictures with a terrace and park view. Instead I got the shitty version with street view, very noisy and very hot. I could not sleep the whole night as it was too hot and no air conditioning available. One ventilator available but totally useless. I contacted the property and I was told that “You have appartment with terrace and without terrace but we never promess with a terrace sorry and if it would be important for you we would have replied that they are not available for that period”. There was no mention in the booking apartment description that there are different kind of apartments and I might get any. Actually, the apartments without a terrace do not appear in any pictures, at least not when I made the booking. It looks to me that it is just a trick to deceive the customers. Secondly, the apartment needs serious refurbishment and deep cleaning. I do not think this has happened in a long time. Thirdly, it was not mentioned in the property policy and/or description that basic services/supplies are payable. For example, for a roll of very bad quality toilet paper one needs to pay 2 Euros, unless you go and buy yourself. I think I forgot to mention the disgusting swege smell coming from the bathroom constantly, the rust in the bathroom. Also, I have significant doubts that the studio offered to us had 45sqm. The bedroom is not a separate room. There were also small wholes in the floor. The heat inside the flat was unbearable. This was such a bad experience.

- The apartment itself: spacious, accommodating, practical - Location: next to a beautiful park and a 20-minute walk to the city center - The bed was quite comfortable

- Communication with host could've been better (we asked if there were any options to be accommodated on the day of our departure with our suitcases, but received no response) - Unpleasant smell in the bathroom (hair removal product type of smell)

The location was okay like 20 minutes walk from the city center. It was quite and clean, and I really did enjoy my time there.

The check-out was a bit early (before noon), and we asked the staff for later check-in, but they did not allow it.

Location and space is for sure the best thing to highlight

Very spacious studio that looks like a 1 bedroom apartment since bedroom area and living room area are separated by the furniture. Very clean, quiet, well located in front of the park, close to a bus stop and bakeries, and 10 min walk from grocery store and 20 min walk from the city center

It could be a bit more equipped, especially for longer stays

Comfortable bed and great shower.

Check in didn’t go well at all. Even though I had sent our passport information and got a reply saying all is good, I didn’t get the key code. We had to ring the reception, it’s located elsewhere, and the woman first said we didn’t send our information beforehand, I said I did, then she probably found it. She was also very rude. And then she told us the lift doesn’t work! We were on the fourth floor, so every time we went out or came in there was about 70 steps to go. So this property doesn’t suit people with disabilities or even asthma , which I struggle with. Also no water kettle, only a coffee machine. I also got the impression from hotel photos that there would be a balcony or terrace, but there wasn’t. There wasn’t any kitchen roll to tidy the table after breakfast and only a very dirty used sponge in the bin cupboard for washing the dishes. Needless to say I didn’t use it.

The property was very accessible and located in a nice neighbourhood. The furniture and facilities provided was good.

well not much to dislike except the guest were very inconsiderate with use of the washing machine and dryer but this has nothing to do with the property at all.
