Appartamento molto accogliente, vani di dimensioni giuste sia la camera da letto che il bagno. Cucinino ok e uso di lavatrice.
L'imgresso saletta da pranzo non era luminosa perchè la porta di ingresso è di legno e quando è chiusa non fa passare la luce.

Excellent location. Overall clean and quiet.
My room faced the road so it was a bit noisy. I didn't feel safe to leave the window open. I barely saw the staff. The main door did not such properly unless shut with force. There were no plugs by the bed.

Great accommodation choice near the historical centre of Modica. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was clean and the owner was very hospitable. Breakfast was also great. Overall good value for money, I highly recommend!

It was okay. We liked the location.
Well the parking wasn’t a parking- just next to a wider street were you had to look for a parking spot. And they don’t have a person at the reception- we had to wait 30min for them to arrive. If you let them know exact time of arrival than you might not need to wait.

Everything was all fine. The staff were very helpful. The location is around 15 minutes on foot to get the cathedral.
There's a terrace on the top of the house. A bit damp in the room, but it's okay. The air-conditioning works. There's a fridge in the room.

A small and sweet b&b in the centre of beautiful Modica ideal for short stays. Our triple room was nice and clean and had a lovely view from the balcony. Check-in was very easy and parking was not a problem. Very good value for money!

The host was very kind and polite. No matter that staff does not speek English they were doing their best to be helpful and meet our needs.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The hostess is very kind and helpful. We arrived on a day with a big city celebration, so she informed us in time and reserved a free public parking for us even before the regular check-in time. The room is very large and very clean. The location is a very good start of a city tour from Modica Bassa.
As written in the booking confirmation, the Internet was available in public areas, but in our room there was almost no Wi-Fi signal. Since we only stayed for one night, it was not a problem at all.

It was a very close to the City Centre. You have the possibility to use a kitchen together with the other guests. Also there is a very nice Terrasse on the roof of the House where you can get an awesome view over the City! The receptionist was very friendly and the Woman who served us the breakfast was extremely friendly too! You can choose the Time for breakfast. The beds were very comfy!
Before the B&B there‘s a much Traffic because there is a very crowded road. When the window is closed you won’t hear it but if the window is open it’s quite annoying.
