Soggiorno perfetto! Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni indimenticabili: la camera spaziosa e luminosa è finemente arredata con mobili antichi e di pregio cosi come tutta la casa. I soffitti dipinti, il bagno dotato di una doccia " matrimoniale " è enorme. Ciliegina sulla torta è il terrazzo che regala un panorama da cartolina sul duomo di S.Giorgio e su Modica bassa. Impagabile è il silenzio e la tranquillità offerti. Al mattino, Fabio il gestore del bar a 2 passi dal B & B , vi attende per farvi gustare una colazione originale e genuina ( deliziosa la cremolata al cioccolato, la limonata e il cannolino). Infine la gestione: un grazie speciale ai titolari di Casa Sipione, Emanuele è Masha presenti, disponibili per ogni richiesta ma al tempo stesso discreti. Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile!

Best place I stayed in Sicily. Amazing and bucolic rooms from the beginning of 20th century with all the commodities of 21th century. Amazing breakfast!

The apartment is very cozy and chic! The room is very clean, spacious with a small balcony with an amazing view! The possibility to park right outside the building is definitely a plus. The location is great in the upper part of Modica, right next to the Cathedral which makes it really unique. Finally, the owner is very friendly and the breakfast is a nice surprise in the bar of the Cathedral with local products and great view. Highly recommended!

much more than we could excepted, in a medieval town, a house where in a centuries lived one family, who willingly welcomed you like your own family! a lot of space in the rooms, amazing balcony with a stunning view on Modica, a place who can become your second home! certainly we would return back for a lot of times! Signora Anna and her son Emmanuele running property as good as it could be!

Everything! Very spacious room with wonderful painted ceilings and antique furniture. the balcony overlooking the cathedral is wonderful and makes you feel like you are stepping out of a movie. Mrs. Anna was very nice, showing us her house with a lot of love and leaving my 5-year-old daughter to play with her grandson's toys, a great break for the little one. We would repeat without a doubt! Thank you!

The beautiful room, the bathroom very clean and big, the view,the location.

Casa Sipione Papa totally exceeded our expectations. The room was large and beautiful, the view from the balcony was magnificent. It was situated just beside the most important attraction of Modica - Duomo of San Giorgio. We ate breakfast in a lovely nearby cafe - Bar del Duomo.

Spectacular old-time town-house. Ceiling panted with frescos, the original family furniture (but a fully renovated bathroom ;) ). The owner's discreet mother still lives there, and they rent out three amazing rooms (each with en-suite bathroom). It felt like visiting family (if your family was a Contessa with a mansion).

I love to decorations in the room, it was extraordinary, definitely will come back again!
