We only stayed for one night, but the whole experience was way better than we expected considering the price and, according to google maps, this being a 2 star hotel. It's set in a realy nice building with huge garden and generally feels like home. Staff were all very friendly, cleanliness was perfect and breakfast had good selection of food. And just a short, and slightly adventurous, walk of about 15 minutes is the beach.

Rooms are clean and large. Beds are also large and very comfortable for a good night sleep. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Parking spacious and free. Great value for the money

Sound isolation between the rooms is not very good.

Nice clear hotel and almost luxurious room. Parking was a plus too.

The hotel exceeded our expectations When it comes to the rooms and breakfast it’s more a 4* hotel. The staff is very friendly, they offered even beach towels for free. We will come back.

Staff friendly and helpful, air conditioned room fine. Rooms cleaned every day. Towels and a carry-bag provided if you wanted to go down to the beach. 100 metres from restaurants in either direction.

Wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff, especially Marco, who is the soul of the hotel, friendly, helpful, he really deserves all the praise and a higher salary ;-)

I had the most perfect stay at this hotel! The staff was nice and helpful! Me and my friend enjoyed a calm stay, close to a beautiful beach as we were attending a wedding close by. We were amazed by the friendly atmosphere, clean and delicate rooms and an excellent breakfast. Anytime back in Sistiana I would for stay in this hotel! Thank you❤️❤️❤️

Good breakfast with a choice of fruits, sweet pastry, youghurt & bread. Very friendly and helpful staff. Choice of pillows (soft/hard) extra bonus.

The wifi connection was not stable - a lot of the times there was a connection but no internet.

We were impressed by the nice and professional concierge - he didn't miss out one important info when showing us the room. Despite interior is not the most modern one, everything was comfortable and very clean. Air conditioning works very well. We were positively surprised that the hotel does offer beach towels delivered together with a bag. There is enough space to park your car. Breakfast was very good: High performance coffee machine, great buffet with all kind of fresh ingredients (different fruits, cheese and ham plate, different kind of bred, a huge selection of superfood and müsli) - a pleasure to start your day there (inside or on the terrace)

As there is no "screen" between courtyard and street, you may find cars a little noisy if you opened balcony door during night. If you like to have balcony door open, better ask for a room oriented to the other side (not courtyard) or leave door closed (as air conditioning works well and quiet)

Welcoming and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, super clean room and bathroom, great variety of food for breakfast. Wonderful seashore in a short walking distance. We stayed only one night in transit, would like to stay there again.
