The location is beyond amazing and the hotel is very cute with a nice staff and very well balanced value for money breakfast. Toasts with tomato and olive oil with coffee and orange juice for just 3 EUR.

location was good near the sea. Staff helpful.
Difficult to find as 3 hotels have the same name followed by l, ll or lll. It was near Covas beach but with the name Areas Hotel expected it to be near Areas beach. Room very small with two single beds pushed together. Ok for overnight stay but not really for longer. Internet was difficult to obtain and slow when it was eventually obtained.
