Breakfast included - was very good. We are so pleased we stayed here as there is so much to do. Hotel organised a guide (Jane) and did a very full one day hike - you would never find the trail alone. It allowed us to see there are possibilities to do challenging hikes, way tougher than the "family" hikes offered in the tour shops. I also realise I would be bored after 1 night at a floating lake cabin. The location of this hotel is a few minutes walk to the main gate of the reserve, we spent 4 full days there and could have done more - do get a guide as people try alone and give up because the tougher trails are not marked. With the same guide on another trip we chopped bamboo and made pots and cooked a Thai curry in the jungle - great experience for all levels. If we had time we would have spent 1 night (no longer) in a floating hotel and then come back to Khao Sok Green Valley Resort for more hiking and canoeing on the river near by.

There was nothing I did not like. I would stay at this hotel every time. The owner is amazing and very helpful.

Staff was very friendly to help out with anything we needed including getting places after dark,just need to ask them.

Bathrooms could use extractor because after shower it's very humid,a small window is only way to ventilate the room. Pillows where very big and hard to sleep on. Impossible to dry any clothes or shoes, need to ask the staff to wash and dry them for you.

Excellent location for accessing the National park. staff could not have been more helpful organising lake trips and kayaking. On site restaurant was excellent. Don’t worry about the clattering on the roof in the morning, it’s just the monkeys playing!

transport issues -We asked them if they could arrange a transfer to Ao Nang in 2 days. They assured us they would take care of it and arrange it for us. When we got back from our lake tour we asked again and if we could already pay it, they told us it wasn’t necessary and we could pay at check-out the next day. The minivan would pick us up at 10 o’clock in the morning. The next morning they asked if we wanted to take the minivan at 10 o’clock - I was kind of surprised that they asked it again since we already talked about it and they told us they would pick us up at 10 o’clock. They made some calls but the minivan from 10 o’clock was full, they could offer us a seat at the minivan at 9.30 but this bus would take a long route (4.30h - 5h instead of 2.30 h). Eventually we decided to take a taxi at 10 o’clock (2000 bath more) and they would book it for us… we checked-out at 9.45 and waited until 11.15 o’clock for the taxi (they booked) to arrive. We could have been 1 hour early and way cheaper gotten to our destination if I had booked our transfer myself, which I was planning to do until they told us they could take care of it. Kind of disappointed and a little sad that we left like this because it took away the good things they did for us is in some sort of way. - It is better to arrange your own transportation - when you do that, you will have a nice stay.

The only problem was there were ants in the room but I think that's inevitable in an area like Khao Sok.

airconditioning didn’t worked properly, couldn’t get it to work accordingly when we were going to sleep.

As soon as we got off the minivan, Kraisak and his staff took great care of us. They upgraded our room without charging extra because a window couldn’t close, and they were extremely helpful in booking tours to Khao Sok and the elephant sanctuary.

HOSPITALITY! The family there is amazing, a month and a half ago me and my girlfriend stayed here. i asked if they knew a storage place for us to leave our suitcases because we decided to start backpacking. She told us that we could leave our 3 large suitcases there for as long as we needed. then when we were leaving, her husband woke up and said “I would like to drive you to your bus” and drove us to the bus stop. The rooms are spacious and clean, I definitely recommend this place :)

Room was large, clean, and comfortable. The family was also amazing and very friendly and helpful. The food was great as well!

The boss was super friendly and really made our stay special. Took us to his farm, gave us free drinks and was so accommodating and welcoming. He arranged our minibus out of Khao Sok which was so much cheaper than any quotes we found online. Also really liked the restaurant, a lot of the food comes from his farm. The resort is in an excellent location off the main street of the village within very close walking distance of the park. The boss arranged tours for us to do there. Also had such a cute puppy!!

Bed was a bit hard, bathroom very basic.

Gave us the wrong times for bus/ferry's which then screwed us over and meant we had to travel on Christmas Eve instead of relaxing as we had planned

Set in rainforest. Great host: kraik sak. Organized trip to national park and to bus station. Showed us his farm and tarzan coffee hut.

I was impressed by all of you guys within the resort and your nice room even when I checked out they informed about tourist attraction until there were able to arrange for everything for us Thank you for take care of us🥰❤️

I liked the room, simple but confortable, the beautiful garden, and feeling at home with the caring and welcoming of the owners
