Pessima esperienza, difficile vedete le cose belle.
Innanzitutto era specificato colazione all’italiana in sala ristoro e all’arrivo abbiamo trovato un vassoio di merendine confezionate e due capsule di caffè. Quella era la colazione…
il parcheggio era indicato come gratuito e ci é stato detto che per parcheggiare l’auto all’interno avremmo dovuto pagare 5€.

Красивое место, улица тихая и аккуратная. Номер уютный, есть все необходимое: кухня, кофе машина, кондиционер. Территория отеля: дворик и каждый номер с отдельным входом и двориком. Уютно и красиво, чисто.
Рядом большой магазин где все можно купить.
До центра и моря 30 минут пешком по прямой. Если любите гулять, то комфортно.
Не было фена, халата тапочек ( пол- кафель,, холодный), но это не критично.

The accommodation is great. We were two and it was very comfy. It's super clean, the beds are comfortable, each unit has a small yard of their own with chairs and table, ideal for breakfast:) the room was cleaned and replenished every day - we booked with breakfast. Marco is a great host, and super easy to communicate with. We'll definitely come back at some point.

Very clear. You have private garden. There is everything you needed to prepare food. The room is cleaned every day. We have wonderful days in beautiful Pescara. The center of the town is 20-30 min by foot. If you want you can catch the bus and will be to the train station/center for 5-10 minutes. We'll be back definitely!

The owner was very helpful and professional. Organisation was excellent. The room was good size. Our dogs were welcomed. Attention to details was great.

Staff allowed me to check in earlier which was great! Huge filling breakfast was great, fully equipped kitchen, small terrace, a lot of towels. Very good stay!
'free toiletries' which were free samples of shower gel, no soap, no shampoo. I know facility is not obligated to provide such, however then they should adjust their description appropriately

More than welcoming owners who made my stay and made me feel like being with family!
Staying was excellent. Room, bathroom and kitchen corner were super clean and the double bed was really comfortable. Location is peaceful. Breakfast was tasty.
On top of that, owners were so kind that they came to pick me up at midnight because of my delayed flight and because of that unplanned later arriving.
People make the place and this place is certainly where I would like to come again! <3
