Apartamento muy dejado de mantenimiento.

Tout ! Appart chauffer avant notre arrivée, et en super état ! Bel vue sur les piste de ski, magasin à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture. Top top top ! Astuce pour trouver la réception : entrer hotel el Xalet sur goople map ;) c'est à coté.

Le seul petit bémol, le parking souterrain n'a qu'une entrée/sortie et une seule voiture passe... Ce qui est très effrayant lorsqu'un descend d'un étage pour retrouver la sortie !

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue lo práctico que era. Todas las necesidades las cubre a la perfección.

El cuarto de baño es pequeño y un poco agobiante, pero para lo necesario está bien

Beds weren't very comfortable - quite hard

The staff were very efficient at the reception very easy check in and out.The parking was ok .

The apartment was not what was indicated in the photos in the booking ,in fact this appartment was one I saw and rejected as very dark and dingy , not light and airy as described, it was run down and for some reason had a mezzanine that I do not know what purpose it served ,too low for walking about ,other than to make the room dark and oppressive!!maybe for storage ??? The room was noisy as I believe permanent residents lived on the floor and the tv and music would go on at night and in morning before and after work I assume ! The tv did not work ! though I tried different sources . Having stayed in El tarter mountain suites before which are fantastic and the same price generally this may be the reason my expectations were high. I would go to the mountain suites again but never to L 'Esquirol appartments again and would not recommend ! Best regards Craig, Grasse, France.

1) smell of cigarettes in apt, hallway, entryway - very very strong 2) quality of furnishings - rickety, old, ugly. bed swayed when you sat on it, table was uneven and ancient, sofa old and uncomfortable, cabinets were silly. some kitchen stuff ok - some falling apart (pot, knife) Needs fresh paint. the place just seemed very dated. 3) WiFi is USELESS. it works amazing in the rental office while impossible to open apps or mail in the apt. i had planned to do some work in the evenings and it was 100% impossible- let alone imagine to stream something for entertainment! 3) distance to lift for walking is very far and steep uphill at end of day

The team at the reception desk were very nice. We had an issue with the first appartment that was assigned to us. It smelt a lot of smoking and we could not bear it, even if it was supposed to be a smoke free place. We went to the reception desk and thee proposed an alternative appartment that we liked and changed with out any problem.

The appartment we had originally booked smelt horribly of smoking. The crew told us afterwards that the previous renters had only left a couple of hours before our schedelued arrival time and they had just the time to do a quick clean up. In any case, they did solve the issue and proposed us another apparment.

Good location, parking, all necessary to comfort stay in apartment. Nice mountains view.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with nice view over the ski slopes.

A bit too far from ski lift and not too many restaurants nearby.

We were given another apartment so can't say anything about Les Terrasses del Tarter

Very nice and quiet place with beautiful views of the mountains.
