Catherine was very kind and helpful. the kitchen was very well equipped. close to local supermarket and restaurants. close to ski lift.

i didn’t expect to make my own bed and to be asked to clean the property on exit - this should have been made clear when booking as I wouldn’t have chosen this property, especially given the price, which was comparable to local hotels. the pillows were visibly dirty and there was hair all on the bedding and pillows - clearly haven’t been washed in between guests, as a result it was difficult to feel comfortable in the property. the property was advertised as 650m from ski lifts when in fact it was necessary to drive to the ski lift. this is very misleading as I had contemplated not hiring a car and had I not had a car I would have been very stuck.

It was within walking distance to the main ski area in El Tarter

It was located above a pub with a few restaurants in the same road so it was very noisy, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings. Check in procedures were confusing and when not arriving in your own transport the meeting place was confusing!
