Das Zimmer an sich war voll in Ordnung, Bett war gut, es gab einen Tisch, Schrank und Waschbecken im Zimmer. Toilette war auf dem Gang, doch das war von vornherein bekannt.

Zwei Punkte haben mich gestört. Der kleine Punkt ist, dass einige von den Toiletten-Kabinen echt klein sind.. Also ich hatte mit meinen 1,7m schon etwas Schwierigkeiten mit ordentlich hinzusetzen. Wenn jemand mit 1,9m ankommt, der wird einige Kabinen einfach nicht benutzen können Der viel schlimmere Punkt war: Ausgerechnet in meiner Nacht war irgendein betrunkener Gast unterwegs und hat auf dem Gang wiederkehrend bis etwa halb 3 Morgens irgendwelche Türen zugeknallt und rumgepöbelt. Dadurch dass die Räume etwas hellhörig sind, war alles SEHR deutlich zu hören. Es waren zwar noch andere Gäste im gleichen Gang wie ich untergebracht, wobei niemand zu ihm gegangen ist, was ich auch verstehen kann, weil nicht einzuschätzen war, ob der Betroffene dann komplett ausgerastet wäre und noch andere Sachen angestellt hätte. Alles in allem eine super-unangenehme Situation. Die Rezeption unten war glaub ich um diese Zeit nicht mehr besetzt, sodass auch niemand etwas dagegen unternommen hat. Im Nachhinein wäre es vermutlich doch am sinnvollsten gewesen, direkt die Polizei zu rufen.

Man könnte nachts nicht richtig einschlafen, weil die andere Gäste so laut waren und viele betrunken waren.🙂

Emergency number was not reachable!!!!!!! This is insanely irresponsible! No one was at the reception when we arrived at night (after they confirmed someone would wait for us 15 minutes after check in time since our bus got cancelled). Woman at the reception kept blaming it on someone else and wasn’t taking us seriously.

Proximity to the BayArena makes this the best in terms of location and value for money for the traveling supporter. Breakfast was very OK, beds were comfy. Building and inside looks a bit run down, but clean and functional.

The room I'd booked to stay at with two children + myself had a baby cot as the third bed. Children are 12 and 15, luckily we ended up adding a second room for an extra traveler and we managed to relocate the third sleeper.

Breakfast was good, and enough amount.

The cleaner lady knocked on the door and entered twice before 11 o clock, in order to see if we were gone or not.

The room is very warm and clean. The location is, though a bit far from the train station, good as there's supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly.

The early check-in instruction's confusing. I did as what's in the message the hotel sent me, but there's no keys for my room in the box outside, and nobody answered my phone call. Fortunately I managed to get in finally after 30min-waiting. Also, There's no shampoo.

It is better to ask for a room with toilet otherwise you will need to use toilet on the hall.

The offer on booking.com was very precise. I purchased a level of service that I had expected. Free Wi-Fi had a very good speed. The hotel is located in a calm area. I stayed for 1 night and I had a good rest.

This "Single Room with Shared Bathroom" included a lavatory in the room. Just the toilette and shower was outside. The staff was very helpful (EN spoken) and the hotel was quiet. Just 5 min walk from the BayArena (a little bit more to the city center). Possibility to park the car near the hotel (if not possible just in front). Internet connection was OK.

The location, a lake is near by and can on a short trail walk.

TV and digital satellite receiver were useless, impossible to figure out, also Wi-Fi is turned off at 8 pm

room and bathroom are fine, good in size and comfortable... there is plenty of windows with sunlight and many shelves to put your stuffs if you have many, it is very quiet and staff are responsive. Very good free WiFi was the best thing !

I'm not an smoker, but i didn't like the fact if someone causes the smoke alarm to raise, they come and force all guests to open their rooms so they can inspect who raised it, which i certainly didn't like it.. they don't even allow you to wear your cloths for someone else faults ,.. could make a system that they already knew which room raised the alarm, not disturbing and annoying all rooms one by one.
