Great hotel, short drive (or long walk) to the lake. Close to restaurants etc. Everything was clean, staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. It was also very cute that they left a dog bed and bowls with treats in the room.

Really the only thing that could have been better was that the curtains in our room did not block out any light, so it was very bright all night and early in the morning. Black-out curtains would be great :)

The part we were sleeping in also hosted the sausage / meat processing shop - which had a very strong meat smell - in room not a problem but in the hallway quite strong - not recomended for vegan people.

On bike trail with good bike storage. Reception young man was very friendly and helpful . Room on upper floor of Annex was clean , bright and quite large . Breakfast in main hotel was good with good assortment of food choices .

34 stairs on spiral staircase to room to lug panniers up to room . Room #25 was nice but in back of hall with only one way out in case of fire . Felt a bit trapped with no fire escape option except down the hall and the spiral staircase

Charming town, restaurant offers good wholesome German food and great coffee!

Street noise. Traffic day and night.

Very nice and calm rural hotel. All the facilities and also the employees we’re great.

It is about 45 minutes far from Nuremberg, by car. But there is also a train, that I've not tried.
