The porters were helpful

The room was very dirty, The soundproofing was bad. There were nasty stains on the sofas. The kitchen was not sufficiently stocked. The fire alarm went off through out the night. They wanted to charge for ice.. I booked for a week. I checked out after one night. No refund... So disappointed 😞

The hospility of every staff is excellent. From the receptionist to the bell boy and cleaners all welcome you with the biggest smile you can find. I like the fact that the suite is very quiet and peaceful as the location is not in the crazy busy city centre. There’a a mosque within 100 m from the hotel so convenient for my partner to do his prayer. There are plenty of restaurants around for u to dine and lulu supermarket is just 5 mins away. It has all the kitchen facilities that I neef, eventhough not the most sophisticated one but sufficient for you to prepare light meals on days I didnt feel like eating out. Will definitely stay here again next time .

Fortuna che ci siamo stati una sola notte. Unica nota positiva, ci hanno preparato una colazione a sacco perché non rientrava nell’orario di colazione (7-10)

4 camere prenotate per la famiglia. CATTIVO ODORE- Tappezzeria impregnata di fumo che pervade l’ambiente. Inutile averlo fatto presente alla reception dopo aver visto le camere. (Camere 1208/1209/708) EXTRA LETTO- Poiché avevamo 3 bambini avevo richiesto al momento della prenotazione, ripetuto al momento del check-in e mi era stato confermato di aggiungere i lettini oltre l’unico letto matrimoniale disponibile nelle stanze. Al momento del nostro rientro alle 8pm abbiamo trovato in una stanza un materasso appoggiato al muro e nell’altra un letto posizionato sulla moquette accanto al letto oltre ad una coperta in un cellofan e un cuscino di riserva. (Camere 1108/708) PULIZIA - moquette e divani non sfoderabili, pieni di macchie incognite. “ECOLOGIA” - in ogni camera era disponibile in totale solo due asciugamano (solo 1 asciugamano grande e 1 asciugamano viso ) Poiché la prenotazione è per 2/3/4 persone per stanza, come ci si aspetti che ci si asciughi? AMBIENTE LOGORO - tutte le cucine sono fatiscenti e cadenti, pensili usurati , doccia che perde nel bagno (1209) allagandolo Come è possibile sia un 4 stelle ?

1- The breakfast was very disappointing, very few choices even very few still the plates were mostly empty. 2-when I saw the swimming pool I thought it was a joke because the bathtub is bigger and very strictly closes at 6 pm. 3- very difficult to find parking and there is no valet parking service.

Over all very good n I would like to stay again so soon.. Thanks for Ur hospitality and cleanliness n for kitchen tooo. 🙏🙏🙏
