I took more expensive room with Seaview. I would have expected more view but it was fine. Last floor (wood) was a noisy when people walk.

There was no option for breakfast and there was no drinking water at the property. For a family this required daily trips to carry back water over 500m away.

Location fantastic next to beach. Return flight at night and was able to check out late with no extra charge.

Well located close to Ornos beach and the shops. Villa is nice and spacious with a functional kitchen and laundry facilities. 2 good sized rooms and 2 shower rooms. Great place to stay with family. Pool is big but not heated so was cold. Staff very friendly and helpful

Fantastic location a minute away from Ornos Beach, 10 minutes to the bus stop into Mykonos Town. We were blown away by the quality of these townhouses, gorgeous simple decor, 3 floors with 2 bedrooms, 2 full modern bathrooms, fully airconditioned, full kitchen with utility and washing machine. We didn't expect fresh pool towels, nespresso capsules and cleaning every day - this is really above and beyond.

I struggled to find anything we didn't like - my only complaint would be not allowing late check out. Our flight was at 10pm, we had to check out at 11am. There is a shower room and luggage storage but it was still a long day - our townhouse was empty all day so felt a little frustrating.

Lovely apartments, very clean. Beautiful pool area with enough sun loungers for all 12 apartments. Good facilities, even a washing machine. Lovely staff... only 1 min walk to beach and some great bars and restaurants. Good bus service into Mykonos town (€1.80 on bus) and close to 2 supermarkets and a 24 hr bakery which was awesome!!

location is fantastic, close to beautiful beach, supermarket, bakery, car rental, and nice restaurant. staff was so helpful and friendly.

we travelled as 2 couples, however the villa is more family friendly with 2 adults and 2 kids, as the upper bedroom floor is wood, it makes so much noise to the room downstairs. there wasnt much privacy for each couple. also if we use both showers together, there is no pressure in water and it is not hot anymore. also there was kids making noise in the pool area, but that’s understandable as it is not an adults only place.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we were made to feel so welcome by Christina, our host. The apartment was superb, well laid out, great airco, and very comfortable for a family of four. I have to call out how scrupulously clean the apartment was, not just on arrival, but throughout our stay. The cleaning staff deserve a medal. Location for access to Oronos beach was so convenient, but we loved spending time between our patio, the sun beds and the superb Villa Del Sol pool. We used the convenient bus link to Mikonos Town Centre. All in all, this is a superb property, great staff and superb accommodation. 5 out of 5

The walk to the Supermarkets is not for the feint hearted. The winding roads are very narrow, with no separation between pedestrians, cars, 4x4’s, busses, scooters and trucks. This is a wider issue with the island and not specific to this property. Take care!!

The villa had three stories with a living area and an excellently equipped kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors with their separate bathrooms. The kitchen had all possible utensils. There was a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in a closet. The living room was well furnished. Every small detail was considered to ensure the comfort of the guests. The hostess, Christina, was utterly amicable and supported our request for a late check-out. The complimentary transfer from and to the airport offered by the property was highly appreciated.

The property could have beach mats reserved for its guests and offer them free of charge or at a lower price than those of the private beach.

The pool was beautiful and very close to the beach. Great location.

clear and value money

Great location and a very spacious apartment ensuring that both couples travelling together had privacy. Excellent communication provided along with complimentary transfers to/from the ferry port and airport meant that we could make the most of our time in Mykonos. We loved the outside area for our apartment as well as the opportunity to use the loungers in the communal area around the large pool. The beach was a minute’s walk for a swim but we didn’t have to pay 60 Euro for two loungers and an umbrella as we had better facilities at Villa del Sol.

While Villa Del Sol is well located, only 50 meters away from the beach and to its many restaurants, is well maintained, clean and has a nice pool which the kids enjoyed it has one BIG issue:

We spent 5 nights in Villa Del Sol with our 2 kids. Upon arrival in Villa #1 we were not very happy about the decoration in the living area which was not as fresh and modern as on the photos as usually when using booking, you get what you see. When this was pointed out at the reception we were told that we could not change as they were “fully booked until end of July”. The first 3 nights went well as we had a nice family next to us. The fourth night a couple moved in next door. They had come to Mykonos to party and came back at 5.00am. The big issue with these villas is a structural issue: you hear all the noise coming from the villa next to you. Our new neighbors decided to shower at 5:00 am and use the toilets etc… and this lasted for one hour at least. That morning i went to the reception to explain that i was on holiday to Relax and that we wanted to leave given how bad our night was. We were told that we could not leave early as the reservation had been prepaid. I then asked to speak to the manager. It was 10.00am. I was told the manager was in a meeting and could not be reached and that she would return at noon. I therefore asked to be called. By 1.20pm no news from the manager so i whatsap the reception. I receive a call and was told that the manager had looked for me in our room … i dont know about you but on a Greek island i dont usually stay my whole day in a room. I ended up being called at 3:20pm by the manager to be told that our only option was to change villas as they could not refund us our last night. So we gave Villa #2 a chance. And this time it was not 5.00am but 4.00am when i got woken up by our neighbors who seem to be seasonal workers as not all villas in the complex are managed by villa del sol. Once again toilets, banging noises etc…

It was nice! The house keeper was sweet and went out of her way to help. The location was central and close to the beach.

I didn’t feel we could contact the property at all times. The front desk didn’t open until 10am and closed at 7, so if you had anything urgent it was difficult to get help. I tried texting the chat on booking.com but they didn’t respond.

The property was beautiful, in a brilliant location minutes away from the beach - lovey to be able to enjoy both the sea and a lovely pool! The staff were all very lovely and accommodating which made our stay very pleasurable and relaxed.

Not much we could fault from the property, it was everything we were looking for and more!

I loved everything about the property! The villas are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, literally a 30 second walk to a gorgeous beach. Really good value for money.

Amazing, loved everything about Villa Del Sol Liked · We visit Mykonos every year and this was the first time staying at Villa Del Sol. It won’t be our last. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Christina was absolutely lovely and always on hand to help us. From arriving to a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us to the beds that were sooooo comfy, to the location of being right in Ornos on the beach and by the supermarkets. The villa was equipped to a high standard with everything you will need for a self catering villa. The pool was lovely and clean and the villa was cleaned to an exceptional standard daily. We will definitely be returning next year!! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay.

Everything! We had a great time during our stay! Excellent service, super clear, super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for families with kids. Not to mention the perfect location very close to the beautiful beach of Ornos.
