Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful pool to relax in or around after busy days, very comfortable room, lovely setting for breakfast.

Breakfast was good but the same every day. Better getting there early as the food wasn’t replenished.

The pool area was nice and relaxing.

Our room had shutters on the outside of the windows, so there was no natural light coming in during the day. We weren't aware of this when we booked the room. The bathtub was also quite slippery, so we had to be extra careful when hopping in and out of it to shower. Breakfast also wasn't great at this hotel.

A 10mn à pied de la place food market night. Hyper relaxant avec le coin piscine. On peut inviter des amis à la piscine pour quelques kips. Petit dej sympa en buffet. On a été très content d'y dormir plusieurs nuits. Au calme.

Friendly staff! Great location for walking around exploring the city, very close to Bamboo Cafe for excellent food, quick walk to Mekong river, nice clean pool.

Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this place. It's clean, safe and quiet. The room was really cozy. For small money they do your laundery.

Poor value for money, no hot water in shower, room was not very nice and did not accurately reflect the photo on Booking.com. Upon looking around the town there are much better hotels there.

Good location, nice pool area, friendly staff, excellent wifi, quick and cheap laundry service, good a/c,. In general it is good value for the price (I paid $135 for 5 nights).

My room was noisy as it was right behind reception. One night 8 Chinrse were drinking and partying in the reception area where there is a big table. At midnight I had to go out and complain as I couldn't sleep. The safe looked like it was built in 1937. I couldn't get it to work. No warm water if you like to shower in the mornings. The fridge had been turned off so I had a large puddle of water on the floor when I checked in. Pillows are rock hard and lumpy. Breakfast is sparse and bland. Huge thick cobweb on the ceiling above the door. Still there after I checked out 5 days later. Toilet doesn't flush well. I wish I had paid a little more and stayed somewhere a bit nicer. Rooms are very small too without a wardrobe.

Really lovely hotel. Staff were really helpful and spoke excellent English. Managed to book us a motorbike, arrange our train tickets to vang vieng and letting us leave our luggage there after check out. The pool was lovely and we really enjoyed breakfast by the pond!

It was good to have a pool and the buffet breakfast offered a range of options.

Our room was close to the pool and with two large groups at the hotel over the weekend it was quite noisy.

great place we even extended for an extra 3 nights. the pool is fantastic in the heat

Breakfast is good and many things to eat. everyday has different dishes. rooms are clean and comfortable. very sweet sleep. swiiming pool is avalilable. Stafff are very freindly, kind, and cooprative. Location is very good. I highlly recommand this hotel.

Charged $5 more than the price I booked at - excluding the surprising additional 3% to pay by card. ‘Misinformed’ of taxi cost, told 100kip 1 day but on the day it was suddenly 130kip.
