The location was perfect for us but you have to be quite fit as it is 20 walk back up from town. Plus steps up to the apartment.

I can warmly recommend this apartment; it’s super clean with a breathtaking balcony view. The location is perfect in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The renting couple is warm-hearted and reliable. I would wellcome the opportunity to visit this apartment again.

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and really enjoy the time spent in Dubrovnik. The apartment is located at 4th floor so be prepared for a lot of stairs. The view is amazing and sunsets were just gorgeous!

Everything was fine. A little thing is that you can’t enjoy the view sitting due to the construction of the balcony and height of chairs.

Wonderful hosts (one of the nicest we've met), great and very clean apartment with all the amenities you need. Wonderful view from the terrace. We really appreciated the washing machine and air conditioner.

Be ready to walk and climb! Especially on hot days, we were sweating until we climbed the hill and then the 3rd floor of the house:)) Apartment is quite far away from Old Town and it takes some time (15-20min) to go to the city. We couldn't walk fast in the heat. But it's possible to go by bus (bus stop is approx 100 m from apartment), take taxi (we used Bolt app to go to the airport) or rent a scooter (unfortunately, the apartment is outside the zone where you can park the scooter). But in general - there is no way to completely avoid walking and climbing in Dubrovnik.

the apartment has sensational views towards the Old Town and over the ocean. lovely sunsets to enjoy. an easy walk into the Old Town and the bus stop is only 100m from the apartment.

We loved staying at the Viola. The room was comfortable, well laid out and very clean. The view is exceptional - looking directly out at Lokrum island with stunning views of the old city to the right. Beautiful sunsets. It's a one mile walk to the Dubrovnik city walls from the apartment, and the walk there and back was one of our favorite things while visiting. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating, giving us recommendations on where to go and even leaving coffee and biscuits for us. If we are lucky enough to return to Dubrovnik, we will definitely stay here again.
