Very clean room and common spaces , good facilities, very friendly staff and very quick check in and check out.
The air conditioning in my room was a bit too loud, but everything else was excellent .

Slightly odd layout but a great spot for the airport. No restaurant but you're very close to a shopping mall that has several inside, we lucked out and got there on a Thursday when there was a food market next door which was INCREDIBLE. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the receptionist was one of the friendliest and most helpful people we have encountered at any hotel in Thailand.

Because I travelled alone I had to rely on the hotel staff about organising me pick ups and tours. They provided top service. Everyone welcomed me using my name, that made me feel very special.
I was visiting the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and I chose this hotel because it's only 25 mins drive away and very affordable.
2 pools are very nice, unique experience. My room faced the back and it was very peaceful. Shopping mall with food court is 3 mins away and they have streetfood market on Thursday.
Breakfast was good,good selection and had variaty between days. There is no restaurant but you can order from foodpanda or buy food at the food hall in Lotus center for lunch or dinner. 7 Eleven is 3 mins walk also.
I asked them to get me airport transfer and also a driver for sightseeing. He was great I was very pleased with the service. I had limited time in Phuket and they made it special.
They also had the best memory foam cushions in the room! Great night sleep

As a family of 4 we had two rooms with an interconnecting door. The rooms were very family friendly with cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, kettle, fridge and even a sink to wash up on the balcony. There are more facilities including a microwave in the communial area - great if you don’t want to eat out or bring a take out to the room. We only stayed for one night before going to the airport and it poured with rain so we were grateful to be able to buy noodles from the nearby 7/11 for dinner and prepare them in our room!
A little out of the way but great value for money - give it a go!

Nice enough room, I like the shortcut to the Lotus for the food court. Looked like good self serve laundry facilities. A few restaurants and a 7 around the corner. Next to the hospital. Comfy bed, good wifi.
The “gym” is just as it’s pictured, which is to say I thought there’d be more.

The location is good, only 15 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel is clean and functional and fine to use as a "Test and Go" hotel for one or two nights.
The breakfast is served in a box.....the second morning it was almost cold. Not great.
