Absolutely not clean. Moldy olives and old tomatoes found, probably from previous guest. Floor dirty.

Our stay in "Villa rosa" as we called it was incredible experience :) It was like staying in the castle, history and amazing italian art was everywhere around us. Some part of the house are original from 18th century. It used to be place for summer parties and holiday back in 18th century which was built for the wife of the powerful and rich parlament member. Our appartment had big bathroom, cosy bedroom, small kitchen and the teracce with the sea view. The apparment is fully equiped with everything you can find in 5* hotel including hair dryer, washing machine or clothing iron as well as air-conditioning. The owner Maria is very nice person, she brought us breakfast one day - cornetti con marmelatta - although it is not the part of the service. Such a great surprise :) We were using car to approach the sea as the villa is in the middle of the large olive grove, it was maximum 10 minutes to the Lido Varcaro or Lido Macchia (beach) where we were drinking Crema al Cafe every day - very refreshing. It is easy to park close to the beaches and you can rent the beach beds and umbrella on daily basis. To wrap it up - the stay was georgeous and we can more than recommend to spend your holiday there.

Beautiful villa with amazing architecture inside, thoughtfully decorated, very well equipped, roomy and cool, comfortable and with a stunning view! We loved it, thank you Maria - who was always at hand with recommendations and advice, highly recommend :)

Excellent location! If you are looking for a quiet and fascinating place, then you should make a reservation here. The house is very well decorated with a great care for details. The host is very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back here sometimes.
