The units were in the throes of being refurbished after recent floods and are a work in progress. Very handy to town centre, and very friendly owner. Great value for money.

I was thrilled to find there was a toaster so I could make my own grain sourdough bread into crunchy toast to have with my crunchy peanut butter. I don't like UHT milk but I always carry my own fresh milk for my cup of tea. Very pleased to find an iron and ironing board so I could iron my crushed dress. The Locally made biscuits were delicious. Your domestic ladies were very helpful - please thank them for me. I was going to leave a note but couldn't find any blank paper in the drawer - maybe you could supply a couple of sheets of blank paper and a pen.

The hosts we're very friendly and helpful with information on where to get a good meal. Although close to town it was very quiet, bed was comfortable, the room was quite spacious and the price very reasonable. Would definitely return if passing through again.

position of shower head. no bedside table on one side. no fan in toilet. room was a bit tight, no where to sit if you use the bench to put your belongings on.

Property was in excellent condition, both inside and out. The owners have taken great care to ensure the comfort of guests. The property exceeded our expectations in every way.

I cannot say anything negative about the property or the owners. Everything was great.
