Great service arrived in later than expected to a room serviced and heater on , I highly recommend this property close to all required shops food and needs . The bathroom is awesome .

This is definitely worth a stay when in Forbes. Chris and team were so accomodating and friendly. Comfortable, quiet and warm rooms with excellent facilities for heating up food. I loved having my breakfast on the patio at the back of our room.

Position was on edge of town near the golf course. A short 5 min drive to city centre. Room was comfortable neat and tidy. The back of room had a door opening overlooking the golf course it made it very relaxing.

Nice quiet location overlooking golf course, friendly staff. Shower was not well sealed, resulting in a very wet bathroom floor. The mesh above the bathroom window let in a lot of flying insects at night. Tap water was undrinkable - tasted like chlorine.

Nice and simple place. Nice view of the golf course out the back of the room. Was nice inside and bathroom was great, I am 6’2” and I fit under the shower which is always a bonus!
The golf club is right at the end of the car park, perfect location. Cold beer and great food
