The comfortable bedrooms
Could have been better equipped.
No soap or hand wash which is an essential item for hand washing.

Very clean and spacious
No lights on outside stairs of building was with elderly family members and they struggled seeing steps as it was dark and was raining

Mattress was too firm for my liking and the main bathroom didn,t have a proper shower.

Apartment was very clean and spacious…perfect for our wee dog as well as my family…
Had an issue with boiler but this was resolved very promptly…
It’s only a 10 min walk into Enniskillen shopping town…
On arrival the apartment was freezing as boiler wasn’t working..I feel this should have been checked before our arrival as we should have been arriving at a warm homely apartment..We had just come off the stairway to heaven mountain walk with our 4 children and we were all cold and wet… I rang hotel and it was resolved very quickly tho..
Also when I asked on the phone if we needed to bring our own towels the receptionist told me to bring some just in case as she wasn’t 100% sure which is fine but she did tell me there was a hairdryer etc…I had to go out and buy one as there wasn’t 1 available so it would maybe help if receptionists had a list of stuff that is available at the apartments

Good sized rooms. Comfortable and large beds. Everything was very clean.

very modern and clean and location is great
The only complaint is that the mattresses are very springy and honestly not of the best quality. Not the most comfy beds. :-( Besides the beds we loved it.

Apartment was so spacious, spotless and comfortable. Just a few minutes drive from town centre and within walking distance had we not been so lazy lol. Welcome pack email had every detail possibly needed including boiler instructions to override the timer settings. Kitchen had every item of utensils or tableware we needed.

Parking, lift, very supportive beds, well equipped kitchen
The key case on the wall outside is a little fiddly and a little hard to open and close.
It would have been good if we could have placed the food waste from our bins in the external bins during our stay as it got a little smelly towards the end.
