Just 30 min walk to the old town by the sea side. lovely owners helpfull about everything, private parking area, easy to access all routes to travel, exactly cost effective

The views are magnificent the hosts are really accommodating and the room was very cosy.

The walk to the old town is quite far so you’re better off cycling. The problem with that is the road is very scary to navigate there and back by cycle. Taxis are very cheap though if you book an official one.

If you are staying in the Kotor bay area, I recommend staying here! I was tossing up between staying in the old town or a little bit out (a beautiful 30 min walk), and I am so happy I did. The beaches are fantastic, and there are many excellent restaurants around—a nice escape from the craziness of Kotor's old town.

Honestly everything was perfect! :) Really nice hosts. The apartment was beautiful, very-very clean, and equipped with the smallest detailes. We found everything we needed, as if we stepped into someones home! Washing machine with detergent, caffee maker, hair dryer, sandwich toaster, and countless of towels. Really comfortable bed, good-working air conditioner, cute little private terrace with a little sea-wiew. Nice location, we walked to Kotor almost every day. Incredibly beautiful private beach! We loved our 4 nights here, we would absolutely return if we visit Montenegro again!

Ideally located with spectacular views and own private beach. Appartment was very well equipped with one double bedroom and two sofa beds in the sitting room. The owners (who live on site) could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Nothing to not like about this place! It's a bit of a walk into Kotor but taxis are easy to find and cheap.

Located by the sea, everything very clean, kitchen included for longer stays. The villa has multiple small terraces so you can always find a place in the shade. main terrace overlooking the sea is spectacular, complete with BBQ set up. tiny private beach across the street is also beautiful! Parking available was great, old town is 3km away, makes for a nice walk

The location was fantastic. The owners were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, the apartment had everything we needed.

The beach is right infront of the appartement. They have a really beautiful terrace.

The bed was just a sofa bed and not very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, uncomfortable and the shower was a little bit shabby. There could be better appartements for the same price.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful owners, breathtaking view from the terrace. It's within walking distance from the Kotor old town and has several nice restaurants and a couple of stores nearby. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, including a fully equipped kitchen.
