Late check-in was handled as agreed, there were no problem with the formalities.

The were strangers' hair in the supposedly clean sheets, only cold water in the dark and slightly smelly bathroom. One of the towels provided had a yellow touch and we were glad for having brought our own. Being asked about the warm water for the shower the owner made a cynical remark that it's the 1st of August (and supposedly one only needs cold water in a EUR 85 / night room)

20min to city and trainstation by walk. Huge Supermarket across the street.

Very loud, cause hospital in the near, also loud because the doors get closed with keys and sound extrem loud. It smells smoke in toilet. Some people didn't flush the toilet.... We had two beds, ones had a good pillow the other one had a extrem hard one. The television started randomly every night. I would not sleep here again. And the price is shameless high for this quality.

This place is not great to say the least. We payed 70€ for a double room, about 55€ too much. The shared bathroom is comparable to a highway Gas station toilet and the room had a revolting smell to it. The only reason we stayed was because we couldn’t find another hotel, calling this place a hotel is very generous, which would take us at 9 pm. If the host would spend as much time taking care of the “hotel” as he apparently does replying to negative reviews (which are a great read btw for some entertainment if you can’t sleep in the horribly uncomfortable bed) the place might not get so many 1/10 reviews.
