I liked the room, the pool, the atmosphere.

Reviews mention (jejene, mosquito) a bug problem in the area, but I never had an issue, or even saw one.

I liked everything. It was very quite and very friendly.

we left a day early and they would not refund a day as I paid for three nights in advance and we stayed for two nights. The excuse was because I paid by credit card they could not reimburse me the one day. However if I would have paid cash it would not have been a problem.

The common kitchen had only instant coffee and powdered milk, no proper coffeemaker.

Those are details that can be improved to get 10 stars, but for the price i was very satisfied, and i would recomend that place: 1. The tv is very tinny and image was not a very good quality. 2. The shower is not super hot and after 5 min become less and less warm. 3. No wifi in rooms, wifi only around the swimming pool 4. no restaurant or food delivery service, but you can make coffee for free.

The room was very small, barely bigger than the bed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower head fell off when I tried to adjust it.

Great location just far enough from downtown antics but close enough to feel a part of the town. Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend.

This small personal property is a delight.

Posada del Rey is just plain nice. It occupies that niche where a comfortable hotel becomes a luxury hotel, and I think in San Blas it is unique in that respect. During my stay I walked all around San Blas and got an idea of what the other hotels were like. The upshot: I would stay at Posada del Rey over all of them.
