Me hospede con mi mamá muy mayor y la rampa me pareció muy empinada para la silla de ruedas, sentí temor de resbalar, el personal muy amable apoyo en todo momento

There was no window in the room and bathroom

We had a very noisy neighbor…he spoke very loudly on his phone and we heard all the conversations

The hotel was very clean! The room had hot water and good AC. The bed was comfortable. So, all the essentials were there.

However, it just didn't feel right. It's not in a safe area. The desk clerk is locked behind what I assume is bullet proof glass. The hallways are all tile so noise just flows down them. We chose to stay here the one night we were in town before boarding our flight to the Galapagos because the hotel is within walking distance of the Malecon. We did indeed walk to/from there - very quickly and quite uncomfortably. The Malecon itself was fun to experience! The hotel staff were very accommodating about calling a safe taxi to the airport for us in the morning. We left too early to experience the breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely each morning, served promptly and the eggs always warm.

The only tiny niggle is that the bathroom door should open outwards to save space inside the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, and location was good. The hotel is about two blocks from the Malecón.
