there was no bed for everyone!

the whole place is beautiful, the restaurant is also very good.

1 there was a room cancelation on our arrival, it took more than a hour to get sorted out. after a trip of 30 hour, this experience wasn’t pleasant. 2 - in a room specified with 2 sofa bed, we had to use a matress on the floor because there wasn’t the second sofa bed available, and this problem occurred on a 5people room also, there was only 1 sofa bed instead of 2 as they advertise on booking.com. 3 - the system to charge you is anoying. their third part partner (Haciendo Punta) call you any time, doesn’t matter if you are sleeping at 07:00am or sleeping at 23:15pm. That happened to me! very bad! 4 - the bath tube is short/small and the courtain was in a horrible conditions. 5 - there is a charge of U$ 27 per day as eletricity bill as extra costs on your bill. It doesn’t matter if you stay all day in your apartment or not.

The park and the location

Too many Rules/Administration/everything has to be extra cost/ and all of this not counting the Covid Small facility room/cleaning routines are poor/time to check in was way too long/ The PRICE it’s way too high and the place doesn’t worth the cost.
