It was a mystery when we booked the room. We needed a place close to Varna airport and if possible to west from the airport. We also requested very late check in at 2am... Everything went well, cozy guest house, friendly staff and room in very good condition. Beautiful nature surrounding. We weren't sure if Breakfast was included but it was fixed for us in quite short notice.

Cash was requested and that could be an issue. Now it worked well and also the question of meals was unclear but also that went finally well!

Don't go there. The lady took us to another building and room than the one I orders through booking. there was no Wf, the shower was blocked, and the kitchen isn't working. The lady did nothing to take care of the Wf or kitchen issue. The money she took and didn't come back with the change...

Location, views and pool.

Couldn't connect to WIFI on top floor. Could have been cleaner especially under the bed and shared kitchen. No breakfast available.8

This is a bait and switch. We didn't stay at villa Elma but were moved to a near location. The near location was ok and people very friendly, the location very clean and nice, the landlady (wo didn't speak English) was super nice and offered kitchen, breakfast etc., but since she did not speak Bulgarian, we got a twin instead of a double room... but this kind of scheme (it happened to me before) sours the whole trip and leaves me with a lot of anxiety. Since we booked only a day in advance, and it's in a more secluded location, we were basically caught and couldn't afford to go anywhere else.
