Lovely location, as described, very peaceful, lovely grounds, home baked cake & milk on arrival, thank you .

Not received a booking email for use of pool ,also when booking the holiday I was under the impression the pool was on site ,this was not the case . Had to ask the cleaning lady where is the pool ? Only to find it was a short drive away , which we found hard to find as plants had grown up and covered the sign , I continued onto the property thinking I could leave a request for a swim ,however the pool looked unkempt and not very inviting at all ,I was disappointed as it did not live up to the photos in the holiday advert.

A lovely location and setting. The site was well looked after and surrounding nature was very nice. The carriages have all the necessary modern facilities (and a lot warmer than I expected) and still keep the charm of the original carriages. Also the homemade cakes was very very much appreciated by all of us 😀

There isn't much we didn't enjoy! We had minor problems with the oven, kettle & extractor fan but they weren't much of an issue really, and all was resolved very quickly. Huge thanks to Judy for her help.

The railway carriage was wonderful home from home didn't want to leave the wildlife was excellent

Quiet location, quirky accommodation (old railway carriage), well equipped and comfortable.

Unique train carriages are very cool. Carriage 2 has lots of space. Nice grassy areas around. Pool spa and sauna a great asset but beware they aren’t beside the carriages (this should be made clear in the description as it is not). Staff helpful.

Booking system for the pool is a bit odd and other people can write over your bookings - should be managed by one person not editable. Double bed not very comfy. Couldn’t figure out how to open the windows - don’t think you can, which means it’s hard to get airflow through the carriage.

Great location, the kids loved sleeping "on the train" and the accommodation had everything we could ask for.
