The property was well located and the whole apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds. The hosts were so helpful in every way- recommended local places of interest, beaches, restaurants and booking taxi : we have loved our stay and would love to come back again soon

The location was really good close to the Little Venice and city centre. The apartment was cozy and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped so you can cook, use the fridge and make coffee. The hosts were very kind.

Towels smelled a bit frowsty when used. There are no elevator to the apartment floor.

Many thanks for the great hospitality and the service in finding a restaurant, even though there was a festival in town ;-) Nice clean room with separate bathroom. All very modernly furnished with great art as some of the other rooms are used for exhibitions. The accommodation is only a few minutes walk from the ferry port and with in the city centre not far from Little Venezia.

Great communication with Annalisa, the very gracious multi-lingual super-host who allowed us a very early check-in and provided a wealth of information, including a local bus tour of the surrounding area . She made a restaurant booking for us for dinner and offered to arrange for a taxi for the next day. Spacious , spotlessly clean, quiet room with very comfy bed and good linen Great shower and efficient fan ( air con available at small extra cost ) Delightful historic building, on a canal , ideal for access to the ferry (easy 15 minute walk)

Small window looking onto air-well ( though the back facing rooms have the advantage of being cool with no street noise)
