Great breakfast!

Close to airport in low price. Bed was comfortable.

Very hot in the room on arrival, like above 30C. It was not possible to open window wide open as furniture was blocking it. I connected my charger for the night to the socket...without electricity. No shampoo, no shower gel, only hand soap available. Breakfast in very warm room without proper ventilation, nor aircondition with low cost/low quality bread.

Fair offer for this nicely maintained place. Surely not a luxury resort but still a clean decent place to spend a couple of nights if you need to be positioned somewhere close to ursynow/imielin area. Extremely friendly staff, nice kitchen area available with tables and cutlery - can make some tea, grab hbw etc. Excellent breakfast - well beyond the expectations! Flexibility is brilliant - kindly asked for a late check out - and we were allowed to stay till 6pm (for free!) - being nice pays :))

Rooms facing the highway surely a bit noisy even at night; no aircons so if the weather is hot might not get that pleasant at all! Higher levels only accessible by stairs - and property fairly warns about that!

Very clean and great breakfast. Dining room on the first floor with fridge, kettle, mugs, spoons etc.

No ventilation and no air condition. Even was only about 19 degrees outside it was unbearably hot inside without open window. Unfortunately the street right next to it is too loud to keep the window open. Poor sound isolation inside - we could hear all the neighbors.

The room was very clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable, free parking downstairs.

We were surprised to find no facilities for kitchen - while the room description said that there's a kitchen in the room, there were no pans, no knives/spoons/forks, so nothing to cook with or eat with; and even no fridge. I wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay. Also no elevator - consider this if you have heavy luggage.
