Fantastic feeling of welcome during the entire stay. The owners did a great job and I very recommend this place. As the restaurant Vistaqua is closed during the winter we were able to enjoy a brilliant dinner at the Restaurant Serenella only 300 meters away owned by the same owners. Wow is the only comment I have. A must visit. Food, service perfect.

Lovely location right at lake with nearby restaurants, although a few were closed on Monday.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The appartement above the Vistaqua restaurant (which serves delicious food for a good price!!) boasts a gorgeous view over the lake. I was lucky to see spectacular sunrises right from the bed. All in all it was a very nice stay.

Feriolo is a village in the Baveno community. Without private transportation, the only opportunity to move around in the area is the bus. At least it runs relatively frequently (on week days) from the drugstore or from the entrance of Hotel Serenella.

The check in process could j=have been communicated better and we still reman confused about the access - is it open between 4 and 6pm. Parking in the carpark behind the supermarket is fine - so tell us that as an option upfront and then allow check in before 4pm

the location and the view were incredible. the small kitchen was just enough to cook lunches and dinners when we didn’t want to go out. the apartment was clean, light and comfortable.

it was noisy at night, and unfortunately our AC unit wasn’t working. the staff worked hard to replace it but it did take a couple days, which meant a couple most nights with the windows open and some not great sleep. once the ac was working it was wonderful!

Location was near amenities. The sunrise view from the apartment was excellent.

Apartment should not accept bookings when it’s not fully ready. For eg., the shower in the bathroom was not set up properly; there was no glass or shower curtain partition. As such, after a shower, the whole bathroom floor was wet and even flowed out into the bedroom. There was masking tape holding together the newly installed door frame and architrave.

Room was clean.

Shower is build in such a way that it will flood whenever you take a shower.

Location is great - fun view of the lake.

When we arrived we discovered the road to the apartment is closed after 6pm until the morning every day so we had to carry the bags by foot from the (rather occupied) free parking lot located a few minutes walk. The apartment is on the second floor - there is no elevator and the steps are very narrow. No help was offered ...

Location is amazing. The view stunning. Everything we needed and very comfortable for a long weekend.

The drain was slightly blocked but not a deal breaker. The stairs to the apartment are quite narrow if carding a lot of luggage

The location was absolute wonderfull. It was quite at night but close to all the facilities.

Michelin star osteria downstairs with excellence service. A perfect stay for foodies. Oh, did I mention the drop-dead beautiful lake view from the room.

7:00 AM wakeup call by trash maschine noise downstairs from the street.

The explanation and picture of the room is a bit misleading. The bed was a sofa bed. The description of the room stated that there would be a sofa but also stated French bed so we supposed that there would be a „real bed“ in addition. However, the sofa bed was comfortable.

Location was stunning, staff were great, room was well laid out and air con was a treat! The view was incredible.

Would have liked an electric kettle for morning tea and a mirror on the dressing table for getting ready.

On the lively boulevard of the charming village Feriolo, with best possible views of the lake, above one of the most brilliant restaurants. A couple of beaches a few steps away. Perfect location to visit main attractions in area, everything is near. Apartment is small but with everything you need and with cosy balcony. Just great vibes!

Nothing that we did not like.

Great Studio apartment. View is excellent The restaraunt was great as well- good food and not too expensive. Location is also good for other restaraunts in this unspoiled town next to the lake. The bed was comfortable, and I suspect had been changed recently from earlier reports of sofa beds.

Minor points, could do with being clear about shared mini-balcony, Could do with a kettle, toaster, and better (non-warped) cooking pans, but overall friendly staff great room and a view to die for.
