ELLSTONE est une ferme spacieuse avec tout le confort de la maison offrant 3 chambres doubles avec salle de bains privée, 3 espaces de vie, Sunroom avec canapé-lit. 2 feux de bois, spa extérieur privé (seulement moutons ou bovins) et grands ponts ensoleillés. La paix et la beauté abondent sur cette ferme de 900 acres de moutons et de bovins. Belle vue sur la campagne de Wairarapa depuis le sommet de collines douces. Une belle promenade. Un court trajet en voiture de vignobles, restaurants, parcours de golf et Brackenridge. 4 km en voiture de la place. Le linge n'est pas inclus. Beaucoup de couettes et d'oreillers fournis. Thé et café inclus Le nettoyage n'est pas inclus dans le tarif, il faut donc laisser la maison telle que trouvée, s'il vous plaît. Ellstone a un chat "résident".

Fantastic property but in the current market I suggest including linen as a property should have everything a guest needs to stay and feel comfortable.

Great location- spacious and good kitchen. It was a bit of a drag having to take our own linen but we didn't want to pay extra. The spa was great and we all had a very pleasant time. Thank you.

Very nice stay but it would be good to allow for rubbish disposal 'on site" given how remote the house is.

We stayed with 12 people for the weekend and the place was a great size and close to Martinborough for the group.
There were a few issues such as some broken glass in the lawn, hearing rats in the wall most of the night, the spa pool being different than pictured (more inflatable than a standard permanent spa pool that it looks like a photo is taken from in the listing), and not having quite the right amount of bedding after paying for it separately. Also got asked after our stay if we had taken 20 dinner plates when the host just hadn't checked the other cupboard where there is a note saying it's where extra plates were stored, which was a bit odd not to check first.
None of which affected our ability to have a good time, cook nice food in the kitchen, and enjoy the space. Really convenient location for enjoying what Martinborough has to offer.

Loved our stay, lots of space to spread out inside and outside, beautiful surrounding gardens. Really easy communication and check in. Friendly tenant onsite that left us to it. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Had a lovely time with friends at this property. Weather was terrible, so we spent lots of time by the cozy fire, and managed a quick dip in the hot-tub. Loved seeing the lambs in the front paddock - on a sunny warm day the deck would be beautiful. A short drive to town and wineries, but also a lovely spot to read a book, take in the view, and enjoy some time away.

Sitting on the covered deck, in the sun watching the lambs playing, was bliss. Very comfortable home, although has some quirks that come with older properties, but very well set up. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wedding to attend and found this place far enough away to enjoy the country but close enough to go to town square.
Lovely roomie house to got large groups.
You were almost out of dishwasher powder and toilet paper so did have to buy some more.
Will definately stay again.

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone. We had a lovely time. Our only comment is we didn't realise we would be feeding the cats living in the house. The kids loved it and one cat was super friendly but woke us up a few times at night . Great place to stay if you love cats. All considered we recommend this house for a quiet and peaceful stay in the country. The spa was a bonus.

From the verry beginning Jill and Doug were amazing. The home was fantastic, the location was beautiful and the experience we had thanks to our stay was amazing. You won’t be disappointed with this small slice of heaven!

Was a great sized property for us and we loved our stay. A little different in real life to the photos but was fine. The flies were really bad though and should of had a spray of some sort there to use. Other than that great location and perfect for our family.

Place is homely, when they say they supply NOTHING, that is correct. We supplied all out own linen, you could opt for them to but at an additional charge to the almost $700 for 2-nights
We were asked to take our rubbish with us - but when we checked in found the place had not been cleaned and previous occupants had left their rubbish, would have thought the place would at least have had a quick clean (yes you do pay a cleaning fee) before we arrived.
Spa pool - one of the reasons we chose this place, was not working properly

Enjoyed all aspects of this place, it was wonderful for our family reunion. I wouldn't recommend the sofa bed though, it's seen better days and not sure it should really be listed as a bed. That aside, all else was perfect. Lovely garden and beautiful views from the site too!

This was a wonderful stay with my cousin and son to attend a local wedding. Many guests were jealous of the bathroom space that we had compared to their properties. Clean up was easy, upkeep easy and the book for visitors easy to follow

Very much as advertised, lots of different spaces so would be an excellent place for a large family or group. We enjoyed our evening there and it's a beautiful location, and a quick taxi to central town (book the taxi in advance!)

Wonderful property wonderful host wonderful time
We had a great time and Jill and Dougs property. The house was amazing. Plenty of beds and plenty of rooms to hangout in. The spa was great and there was also a massage chair that got a lot of use. The house was too far to walk to town but we used the shuttle service which was super easy and cheap ($5 pp). We weren’t sure if duvet covers were included luckily we had brought our own. Overall lovely stay and Jill is a wonderful host

We had a fabulous stay. The house and location were ideal for us and our extended family who were attending a family wedding. The amenities were as described, contact was effortless and the weather perfect to make use of the beautiful grounds and spa. Thoroughly recommend.
