The location is great! Friendly access to the property by the owner, they allowed you to leave your luggage before check-in if you need it. The cleaning lady was amazing!! She made us feel at home.

Not very important but personal, the bathroom on the first floor is practically open, not the best if you have to share beds with a friend

We were close to EVERYTHING! We could easily walk to all sorts of shops and restaurants. Porto is absolutely beautiful!

Not much good parking and our rental car window got smashed while parked on the street. It was also a bit noisy because of it being right in the middle of the action.

You can’t beat the location of this loft. It’s really spacious and terrace on the third floor makes you hover above the river with a gorgeous view directly to the bridge. Stunning, highly recommend!

The shower handle in the bathroom on the first floor didn’t seem to work (one could still use the bathtub, but not the shower)

What a beautiful property. Book this place! It's an iconic house right next to the bridge. The house is fantastic inside. 3 floors. Great views from each floor. We stayed in 9 places on our travels in Portugal, this place was our favorite.

The one bedroom and bathroom is a little … let’s say different. a lot of clear glass which may be fine for couples, but makes it weird if the people staying in the room with twin beds are not a couple.

The room access code was provided after all our details were provided. Check in & check out was easy. Ana was extremely helpful when we had issues with the rental car, she was also very responsive and did regular follow up

Apartment could provide some basic provisions like coffee, tea, salt, oil etc (which is normally found in all apartments). Plus, some saucepans etc for basic cooking

Great apartment, actually house, by the river. There is an amazing view of the river, especially from the terrace on the 3rd floor. Very good location, close to all restaurants and bars on the river bank.

If you arrive by car it is a bit difficult to stop. The transparent walls of the bathroom on the first floor are uncomfortable to my taste. the owners are considering changing them.

The A/C was turned on too cold during cloudy days when the outside temperature was in the low 70ºs F (low 20ºs C), making for a chilly indoor experience until we determined where and how to adjust all the thermostats. All well after that!

The house is perfectly situated, close to the river and to restaurants and cafes. It was very clean and spacious. There is an ensuite bedroom on the ground flour, open plan living room dining room kitchen on the first floor and the second bedroom and bathroom on the second floor

The location is brilliant for exploring both Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia and the house was perfect for us staying with our 7 month old baby, there was even a high chair and comfortable cot for her. The host was very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags after we had checked out and arranging a taxi for us to get to the airport.

The apartment is super nice, also the location. The host was very kind, allowed us to check-in way sooner and also check out later than usually. We are very grateful for that. Would recommend 100 % to stay in this apartment to anyone!

Excellent location, right at the Luis I bridge and walking distance to city centre - shopping, good restaurants, bus station. The apartment is spacious, gets plenty of natural light and the kitchen is very well equipped. Good wi-fi.

Beautiful place to stay. Views were incredible from the outdoor patio overlooking the river. Location was easy to walk everywhere.

I had requested early check-in and the room wasn't ready which wasn't a bit deal because we were able to leave our luggage. But the room was supposed to be ready by 3pm the latest and when we came back she was still cleaning and mopping the floors until 3:30. We just got off a very long flight so that definitely wasn't ideal. Regarding location, it's right across from a crosswalk and before a tunnel so it gets pretty loud at nighttime, but other than that everything was great.

Everything, amazing location and facilities. The apartment is super nice, comfortable and amazingly quiet (despite being on the Porto promenade). Just wow.

There are two bathrooms, the one downstairs has See-through doors which can be awkward… there’s no way to lock the door too to avoid awkwardness

The location and the place is unique. I felt the same when I was there. The photos are very realistic. The bedroom with a queen bed is on the top floor - my favourite one with a nice terrace overlooking the bridge and the very centre of Porto. If only the fence there was lower so that you could see that magnificant view sitting at the table. The decoration of the house! (not the apartement) is sophisticated. The walls seems to be real, historical but changed to make the place modern and very comfortable. There are some pieces of art, very interesting books of Porto. I liked the host Ana who appeared to be very helpful with our diffulties at the beginning of our stay. Thank you.

I would definitely change the location of the bathroom with a bath which, with a family, is located by a room for children who can't appreciate it and don't want to use it without a possibility to cover its walls (a curtain would be a solution). And there was this nasty smell when you entered the house - sewerage seems to be the reason. The toaster didn't work properly. And I can't understand why the name of the coffee machine is not given in advance if you don't want to leave a few capsules for your guests... When you come late it would be fine to get at least a bottle of water as the shops are closed very early and open very late, and there are not many nearby! It is not a place for those who travel with a car. Even to pack or stop a taxi it is quite difficult to get a slot anywhere. We had to pay local tax for all the members of our family in cash and leave it on the table and we were informed on it a few hours before our departure - better to know it at the beginning. And I don't think that giving all your precise personal information by what's up is secure, I would prefer a personal contact.

The place is just brilliant. Right next to the Dom Luis I bridge and river, the view could not be better. The rooms are pretty and clean and comfortable, host Ana very welcoming. Strongly recommend!

Location is near bridge and restaurants. Apartment is very clean and well decorated, with attention to details and good quality appliances in general.

The television did not work, disappointing the children. Someone from staff went to the apartment to fix it and informed that the TV then would work, but it did not work. A technician went on the next day to fix. Because of the trouble, the property said it would reimburse part of the amount prepaid, but so far nothing was reimbursed. It is not about money but about being consistent. In addition to that, this is a 3 floor house with one bedroom in floor 1, kitchen and living room in floor 2 and another bedroom in floor 3. In case you have children it is not practical the distance between bedrooms with many stairs between them.

The properties location was excellent to explore and experience the beautiful city of Porto. The house is stunning, it is beautifully decorated and well equipped in the Kitchen, with additional laundry facilities. The sitting / dining room is very comfortable with good access to WiFi. The 2 bedrooms are extremely comfortable, we used the top bedroom as the master as it has access to a gorgeous terrace, which is where we spent much time. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are perfect! I can strongly recommend this property. Ana is so welcoming and was on hand if we needed anything. A wonderful stay and I look forward to returning.

Unfortunately work is being done on the bridge late at night. So take ear plugs if you sleep on the top floor, the lower floor does not hear the noise as much. However this did not impact the quality of our stay and I would stay there again even with the bridge works.
