Estadia excelente. Localização previlegiada: próximo ao comboio, ao Metro, ao supermercado e a restaurantes (inclusive ao novo Time-Out ao lado da estação São Bento). O apartamento é espaçoso e bem equipado. A Internet é de boa qualidade. O elevador é espaçoso. Os codigos de acesso funcionaram. O anfitrião permitiu a guarda das bagagens antes do horário de check-in e após o horário de check-out.

A obra do Metro na região dificulta um pouco a circulação e, as vezes, gera algum barulho, mas nada significativo.

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Es ist viel größer als es auf den Bildern scheint (für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war es mehr als ausreichend) und liegt wirklich superzentral. Durch die tolle Lage kann man auch zwischendurch einfach mal zurück in die Wohnung. Supermarkt und jede Menge Restaurants liegen direkt vor der Tür. Alles ist sauber. Der Check-in hat problemlos geklappt.

Die Küche stank stark nach Rauch. Da wir sie nicht genutzt haben, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Was uns allerdings störte war der Lärm von draußen. Man hat das Gefühl, die Fenster dichten kaum ab. Party am Samstagabend und die Baustelle direkt vorm Haus haben uns ganz schön Schlaf gekostet.

El no tener donde dejar las maletas después del check out, aunque al estar cerca de la estación de Sao Bento nos aconsejaron dejarlas en una consigna.

The apartment is extremely well located, very large and decorated very nicely. Everything in the apartment works and is as described in the listing. Very easy to get to the station for airport / train connections as well. Self check in was easy and communication with the host was great.

As others have mentioned, the portable air conditioners are very loud but I found that having them on during the day (when I was not there) with the blinds down kept the flat cool enough to not use them when I was there. Adding fly screens to the windows would be a good addition (there were mosquitos so I didn't open them for long periods which was a shame as the windows are a great features and would let in the breeze). There is still construction noise from the new metro but it was not an issue for me. The kitchen did have a bad smell that I could not work out where it was coming from (could do with a deep clean maybe?) but keeping the door closed meant it was ok.

Host Ani was fantastic from check in to check out Apartment is new and spacious. In The heart of Porto with all attractions within a 5-10 minute walk.

Would appreciate better pillows. A personal preference

This fantastic location made our stay in Porto perfect! Within a 10 mins walk to all the major tourist attractions you are literally staying at the centre of everything if you are on a touristy vacation. Was a big apartment in a modern building and Ani had everything you would need right at the house making the stay perfect.

The location was kind of hard to find with all the construction. Almost all roads leading to the property were closed due to the work, but once you are in you don’t need any mode of transportation so it’s just an initial minor hiccup.

The location is just perfect. You can just park the car in garage next to the appartment and explore city on foot- you should ask personal for long stay (more then 24h) and you will get special price and you can go out and in how many times you want for exploring around Porto city center.

The apartment is beautiful, stylish and spacious with everything you could possibly need. we felt at home straight away! It is located in the centre of Porto so you’re close to all sights and restaurants. The lounge is a great space for relaxing, the bedroom is also big and equipped with a very comfy bed. All rooms are absolutely spotless and modern. I especially appreciated the fact that everything is high standard including the plates and bowls! Also the lovely Ani who met us when we arrived was extremely knowledgable and so helpful!

You’re in the centre of a lively town so it could be a bit noisy for some people but it was no problem for us! it was so convenient to be 5 min from everything!
