The condo was beautiful and right on the water. Parking is free and accessible. The condo had everything (except kleenex) 😀. The owner was VERY responsive and most helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed this condo so much! It was difficult to leave the lanai. Watch my husband surf everyday! He even entered a surf contest. We’ll be back!

We made the mistake of splitting our trip between this location and the other side of the island, we immediately wanted to come back to this property upon check out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. We were traveling with a 4 year old, Holly had all the beach gear and toys we needed to enjoy the nice sandy swimming spots within walking distance. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable, the veiws were amazing and the air conditioning was an absolute life saver. If the condo would have been available we would have abandoned our multi-million dollar second location and come back here, this place really had it all!

Easy to book. Helpful reminders. Amazingly well-stocked for a beach vacay with chairs, umbrella and a boogie board! In addition to a great kitchen.

This property was very easy to check into. Once inside everything you could possibly need is there. Kitchen is well stocked and there's plenty of supplies for the beach. There's towels, chairs, even some lotion. There was wonderful smelling handmade soaps in the bathroom. Holly even had someone bring me an extra bar. We sat on the balcony and watched surfers for our first few days during high surf. This is also a great location to get to several places around the island. The beds are very comfortable! We had a great stay! Thanks Holly for all your help!!!

The condo was great. Surfing right outside the lanai! Everything was really nice. Easy check in and out. We want to go back!!

Our family of four stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The view is amazing, the place is comfy and has everything you might need, including lots of beach gear. Pool isn’t fancy but kids loved it and we swam every day. There is a nice little beach about a mile down the road and it’s easy to get to any activity on Kona side.

We had such a great time! Perfect condo & location - we loved the relaxing lani & watching surfers daily. Beds were compfy & everything we needed was there for our stay. Nice to have a A/C after some warm days out. Book of information was handy. We went to the green sand beach & its amazing! Also enjoyed the octopus farm & Sunshine helicopter tour. All agreed time went too fast & wished could have stayed longer!

This is the first time I've ever stayed in a Vrbo but I imagine this one is superior to the rest. It was fully stocked with essentials, the host was super easy to work with and the location was great. I never wanted to leave the lanai, the view was so beautiful!

We enjoyed great ocean views from the lanai which was extremely close to the water. There is a small park next door which attracts surfers of all ages and their families. The surf was very high, so there were lots of surfers every day in the water directly in front of the condo. We enjoyed watching the surfers and the local people. The surf was so loud that we could never hear the people. They just provided a fun way to see local culture. The condo is very nicely decorated, a key feature for me, and was well-equipped. For the beach, there were chairs, a boogie board and lots of beach towels. The reclining chairs and dining set on the spacious lanai were perfect. The kitchen was a good size and had some basics like salt, spices and coffee. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and we never used the A/C during our February visit. The ceiling fans and open windows/doors were enough. One downside is that there you can hear road noise in the front bedroom, which was pretty small, but after I closed the windows and played some white noise on my phone, I slept like a rock. The pool and hot tub are nice, and the condo community is pretty quiet and low-key. Overall, a wonderful place, although a little noisy when the doors and windows are open, between the road noise and the surf noise. Still, we highly recommend it.

We loved our stay. Left doors open all night and listened to waves, watched surfers from lanai, kids played in tide pools right outside. Parking is easy, close to everything, sunsets were amazing. We had a great time and come back again!

View was awesome - hated to leave to explore the rest of the island. The condo itself was also awesome; including the great breeze. Very relaxing falling asleep to the sound of the ocean (can close glass doors if you don’t want to hear it). Unit was fully stocked with all the basics. Conveniently located. Plenty of covered parking. If all you are looking for in a sand beach is to lay out & enjoy the view / a book, there are 2 sandy beach areas right on the property. Chairs are included with the condo but there are also some available for use across from the pool. The property manager was a joy to work with.

We had a great stay at Kona Bali Kia The condo was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. It was so nice not to have to run to the grocery store for essentials. Andy and Holly made everything so easy. Loved it! Thanks again

Very nice and clean. Perfect space and very accommodating to what my family needed for our trip. We could watch surfers every morning from the lanai and the view was amazing.

This condo was exactly as advertised and we can’t wait to go back. Arguably the best unit in the complex to sit out on the lanai and have a cup of coffee, watch the surfing or just enjoy the ocean and I mean enjoy it because it’s literally right there, just steps away. Andy and Holly were great to work with, they made our experience quick, easy and stress free…pretty much exactly what a get away in Hawaii should be. Just perfect. Mahalo!

We loved staying in this well equipped, clean, comfortable condo. We especially loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings, enjoying our coffee and watching the surfers.

My son and I stayed here for my daughters wedding! The location was great and the view was amazing. The condo was a little older but it wasn’t an issue! We had the best time and would recommend this condo. We had great communication with Holly!

All the beach equipment that was provided (cooler, umbrella and chairs) and the oversized beach towels made our time at the beaches just that much better. Same with virtually everything in the unit. It is beautifully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen (which we rarely find). Beautiful sunset views from the lanai, a/c worked great and made for a peaceful slumber. One of the best places we have stayed in the islands and we have stayed on nearly all of them. Highly recommend.

The condo was excellent!!! Dealing with Holly was easy and convenient. All the cooking supplies one could need. I will definitely look to come back to this condo! It was truly a dream come true!

I'm in love! I wanted to stay on the patio and never leave, but i did! Amazing sunsets, sounds of surf, watching surfers, meeting neighbors, everything was more/better than I had imagined. I wish the pool had a better view of the beach but alas was fortunate to have a pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and amenitites for every room was thoughtful.

From a VRBO owner and user perspective, I can truly say that this property is the BEST I have ever used. The view and the sound of the waves are a dream! The condo was spotless and fully stocked. We arrived with collapsible coolers, snorkeling gear, etc. Don't, they are provided for you! The owner and manager were very kind and communication was prompt. Make sure you stay at least one week, there is so much to do and see that you want to leave a few days just to hang out on the lanai watching the surfers and reading a book. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing time staying at the condo! The views were incredible and we couldn't get enough of sitting out on the lanai (porch) and watching the ocean waves crashing just about 30 feet away! It was also fun watching the surfers who always seemed to be out there, and we even got a brief glimpse of a whale further out at sea! There were cool big lazy sea turtles lying on the sandy area near the condo. It's not a good beach for swimming because of the rocks, but it's fun to look around in the tide pools and it's great for ocean watching and going to bed listening to the waves. I was able to get out and boogie board one day while my wife watched from the lanai. That worked fine as long as you have good rubber shoes for the initial part of walking out past the rocky shoreline. The condo was very clean, and Holly the manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. I had a bunch of sightseeing questions that I posed to her and she directed me to Andrew Doughty's book "Hawaii: The Big Island Revealed" which was so helpful in helping decide how to make the most out of our trip. The swimming pool is as it looks like in the pictures. It's comparable to something you'd see in a Marriott hotel as opposed to something fancy at a beachfront resort, and the hot tub is really small, but both would be fine for kids. Also the outside of the condo building itself looks a little bit old/well-worn, but it's not bad, and the inside of the condo more than makes up for it. It was a great value for the price, and the views from the porch are probably better than anything you'd get at a fancy resort unless you were willing to pay for a top-price ocean-view suite. We were happy to have our own place and enjoyed having a full kitchen. I'd definitely recommend this condo to others!

The property is in great condition. Everything we needed and more. We only spent mornings and evenings here and all of that time was on the patio. Perfect place to start the day and end it! Turtles were just below us in the rocks feeding. Surfers every morning and evening. Perfect sunsets right off the balcony. Truly, couldn't have been better! Thank you

Spent the week here with family. The condo is amazing. It is well stocked and on a beautiful coastline with an amazing snorkeling beaches just down the way. We will be back.

When we walked in we were blown away by the sound of the Ocean. We were not expecting it to be that loud (in the best most wonderful way possible)! If that was ever an issue for you, (it was never for us), you can simply close the efficient sliders and all sound was blocked out. The place was clean, recently remodeled, and perfect location with the ocean waves crashing literally right below you. Just one of those things where the pictures don't do it justice for how close the ocean is to you and how wonderful it is being that close. We enjoyed watching the surfers all day from the patio, and going to Poke Shack right downtairs. It was just perfect! Would like to come back.

We stayed for 2 months and will do it again the next time we are on the Big Island. Poke rest. on the ground floor. Walk to a great beach “Magic beach” and a great rest. Magic rest. Walk to produce markets. 5 min away from a 3 mile walking path off Loku (near the shell gas station)

This rental was very clean when we arrived. A very great location watching surfers from our Lanai. This place is perfect for two couples. We stayed here with my sister and her husband. And enjoyed this accommodation immensely
