Attractively furnished and warm.
There was no internet connection. It is advertised on Booking as having high speed internet. However, the guest book states that in spite of having installed high speed internet the connection is sometimes poor. In our case it was non-existent. ‘NO INTERNET CONNECTION’ was the error message, which really coloured our perception of our stay. We wouldn’t have booked this property had we known. When we tried to call their contact number about it, no one replied or returned my message. We were totally inconvenienced by this and feel the property is inappropriately advertised as having high speed internet which resulted in us booking, paying, and then being informed in the guestbook ‘ah but in spite of this it often doesn’t work!! Not good enough Cotswold Grey!!

We absolutely loved the two apartments we stayed in, they were so much bigger than we anticipated! They were very clean, comfortable and the furniture/decor in the rooms were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect and the check in information was very thorough and helpful. We would recommend the apartments to anyone and are keen to stay again in the future!

Very spacious, well located, cozy atmosphere, really comfortable.
It is quite dark even during the day. Also we can hear the above floor water flushing and people walking.

The hosts were really friendly n helpful n interesting. Thx emma n ESP Charlotte the photographer who went above n beyond. I left something behind and emma is posting it back free of charge and didn’t mind at all !!

The apartment was decorated beautifully and was large. The host left some nice goodies which was a lovely surprise. The location was right in the middle of town. Parking was in the back lane and free which was a bonus.
Shame there was no washing machine but there was a laundromat nearby but very expensive.

Suggest fresh towels after 2 or 3 days . Unfortunately as none of the bathroom towel heaters were working the towels did not get dry in between using them.

Lack of outlets in bathroom. No USB chargers or adapters for international travelers. No extra towels.

It was all just lovely, the bottle, biscuits and milk in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated as we didn't arrive until late evening.

Beautifully appointed self catering apartment in a fabulous location, an easy walk to trains and buses to explore the Cotswolds. The apartment was extremely spacious and the perfect place to stay for 4/5 nights. Lots of pubs and The Best tourist information only metres away.

Gorgeous, huge apartment with 2.5 bathrooms, beautifully decorated with well-equipped kitchen in a cute town on the main street. Welcoming basket with bottle of Prosecco, coffee and snacks was such a nice touch.
Figuring out access to the apartment was confusing (need better sign and directions).

Lovely apartment
Complaint from apartment below about noise at 11pm. We were chatting and playing music at low volume. We were on holiday. All in our 60s! Maybe a one off.

We arrived by train and Cotswold Grey is a short walk from the station. Key collection was easy as we arrived while the shop was open.
Not a big issue, but outside of shop hours, exit to and return from the high street is a 200 yard walk via the back garden and the back streets.

It is a clean and spacious apartment, strategically located within the Cotswolds. We enjoyed our stay and we were able to visit all the wonderful villages in that area.

The location of the apartment was convenient as it was close to the train station. The apartment was spacious. The amenities were excellent.
There was some ambient noise during the day that made its way into our apartment.

The Apartment is a great space for 2 people, it's very well equipped for cooking with plenty of pots/pans etc.
After a second stay we would still highly recommend.
The apartment above us was noisy, due to old floors this can't be helped much. An extension lead or light for dressing table would be a great addition as the old good light is in the window

Comfortable, spacious, location - everything on your doorstep, WiFi, had everything you needed.
The stairs (we had a one year old so left buggy in the car), two noisy air vents in main bedroom (think it was because of the wind) and heating didn’t come on two mornings although it was warm when it was on!
