The hosts were friendly, warm. The view was amazing! These were the nicest, cleanest cabins we have stayed in. The location on outer Springer Loop made traveling to Palmer and Hatcher Pass easy and Anchorage was a quick jaunt to the highway.

Hosts are wonderful. The cabin was beautiful, immaculate and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. We loved our week long stay and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect spot, and the bungalow is perfect. Bed is so comfortable and the views of Pioneer mountain are beautiful. Very quiet too! Can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the lovely owner!

The house and location was nothing short of amazing. Yvonne was very welcoming and sweet. I would totally recommend staying there to anybody!!!

Communicative host from booking to departure! We stayed three adults (husband/wife and 26 yr old daughter). Upon our 2am arrival, our bungalow was SPARKLING clean and Yvonne had the sofa sleeper made up for our daughter. The bungalow is in a quiet area with beautiful views from the second you open the door. We sat and drank coffee on our porch several mornings. The kitchenette provides a sink, refrigerator, microwave, silverware, dishes, and a small electric tabletop hot plate (no oven). Perfect to avoid eating out for single every meal! There is a local grocery store 7 minutes away and a Walmart 15 minutes away. Yvonne went OUT OF HER WAY to ensure we had everything we needed on a daily basis. She also took the time to visit with us and provide feedback on excursions and places we could visit. If you’re in the fence, allow this review to be your confirmation to stay here!

The individual condo was a fabulous base for our visit with our son. Palmer is a nice location for visiting Anchorage, Eagle River, Talkeetna, Hatcher Pass etc. The condo was sparkling clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, nice golf course across the road, and had great views of the mountains with a pasture across from the condo. It’s just as beautiful as the photos show. Yvonne was a great host and very friendly and knowledgeable! She gave us recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area, just a very genuine person! When we return to Alaska we will stay here again!!
My only tip is that google shows it on the opposite side of the road. Look for the small campground with the driveway next door (black iron gates) and pull in past the campground to the private drive.

We discovered this place earlier this year. We enjoyed it so much we rebooked again this month for a weekend getaway on our Anniversary. Such a beautiful setting in the valley with a great view of the Mountains. It’s nestled amongst some trees, so it’s very peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t ask for a more delightful and courteous Hostess. Yvonne made sure everything was perfect with no worries on our part. We will be staying in the Bungalows for years to come. Can’t wait to share these Bungalows with friends from down south. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

The cabin is in a gorgeous area surrounded by mountain ranges. Inside it has everything needed for a great stay with a luxury bed, lovely bathroom and good kitchen. Super communication with the host as well.

This little Bungalow was a nice quiet escape. Very clean and well stocked, with everything you need. Just setting on the porch, admiring the Mountain View and enjoying the quietness, was worth every penny. The Host stopped by and introduced herself. Very nice Lady, with knowledge and history of the area. Thank you for making our weekend so relaxing and memorable. Can’t wait to get back there. Definitely rebooking this one.

Exceeded our expectations. Very clean, quiet, and cozy bungalow with absolutely breathtaking views. Added touches like coffee, filters and creamer when we arrived, were very much appreciated! The owners, Steph and Yvonne, were absolutely charming and wonderful to chat with. The craft breweries were great and we recommend stopping in for a visit. We loved Palmer and can’t wait for our next visit! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is your place!

This place was perfect for the two of us. Very comfortable and clean. Convenient and charming. It is very close to a small airport but the noise was not too noticable.

My wife and I came to Anchorage for a few days before a cruise. Stayed at the property it was fantastic super clean look like it was brand new. Great location stunning view right in the middle of some great sites. It’s an absolute gem. Spoke with the owner super personable Has a great heart for the area and making sure she offers the highest quality to her customers. This is I can’t go wrong location.

AMAZING!!
The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time out on the front porch enjoying the amazing view! It's one you can't leave. When we asked for a small table, Yvonne brought it over immediately. The accommodations looked brand new. It was clean, uncluttered, and roomy! We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit!

Perfect place to stay
This quaint cottage had what we needed—amenities, comfort, good location with Mountain View and our Host,Yvonne, was welcoming and so easy to converse with. Would highly recommend this cabin/cottage if you are in the Palmer area!!

Quiet, clean, great view!
It was very easy to check in (as I arrived later in the evening). The bungalow was very clean and had pretty much everything a home would have. It features a great view of the mountains.

Fantastic little bungalow in gorgeous location!
Yvonne and Stefan were the perfect hosts! Extremely friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Bungalow is perfect for 1-2 guests. Even though there are 4 bungalow's on the property they are private and we didn't have any issues with noise from the other guests. Perfect little place to have as a home base and explore areas surrounding Palmer.

They don’t come any better than Stefan and Yvonne!!!! They are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and they make sure that the facilities are clean and well maintained!! The price(s) are reasonable and are part of the reason that I would be very willing to return.

Perfect little getaway
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my husband and young son. The linens and toiletries were good quality. Yvonne was very responsive to questions and requests. It’s in a great location off the beaten path but still near lots of stuff to do. The view is fantastic! I hope to stay here again!

Vacation getaway
Found this place online after booking two nights in Anchorage, sorry I did not find sooner! The hotel was just ok....the cottage was great! Yvonne and Stefan, our hosts were just wonderful, they felt like old friends. Very easy to talk to about anything, which we did. I wish we could have stayed longer! We did bypass the place because we did not know they also have the RV Park which is near front entrance and cottages cannot be seen from road which gives you a secluded hideaway. The grounds are well kept and beautiful! There is also a place to do laundry if needed.
If we ever come back I know where we will spend our money and time and it won’t be in an overpriced hotel in Anchorage. The location is great and you can go in many locations with much to do!

Alaskan Adventure
Our stay was fantastic. The cottage was absolutely perfect. Waking up every morning to a gorgeous view of the mountains cannot be beat. We were busy seeing all the sights we could see during our stay and coming back to a cozy cottage every night was a perfect ending to fun days.

Just Right Bungalow
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy bungalow! Quiet, peaceful farmland with an awesome view of the mountains. Minutes from a lovely town with restaurants and shopping. Trails and scenic drives abound. Up to date bathroom and kitchen, super clean.

Fantastic place, beautiful location & fab hosts
I couldn't have asked for more. The place was perfect for a few days of relaxation. I only wish that I could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony was the perfect place to unwind as the sunset and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. While it felt secluded, Palmer is only a few minutes away by car if you need fuel, supplies, etc and it's a great central location to visit Denali to the north or anchorage, etc to the south. There are basic kitchen facilities & useful appliances for simple meals (microwave, electric stove top in draw) or restaurants just a short drive away. I couldn't reccomend the place or hosts more and certainly hope to be back if I visit the area again.

Cute cottage, breathtaking view
We had the best stay, the cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay. The owners were super helpful and made sure that we were well taken care of. Our family loved waking up to the mountain view and seeing the cows in the pasture. We would definitely stay here again!
