location is great

it’s not ideal if you are a family with child and stroller because it doesn’t have elevators

Location is perfect for must-see locations in Rome. We are very satisfied with communication with Gabriella, who was prompt and helpful. The lady (I am sorry to mention about her without her name) preparing and serving our breakfast is also very kind, helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations (particularly taking into account earlier negative reviews). Fruit juice (not fresh but good one), coffee, tea, croissant, sandwich with egg, corn flakes, yoghurt, butter/jam were served at breakfast, which was quite enough for us. Furthermore a kettle, refregirator, tea, coffee, cake are always and freely available in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend it.

WIFI quality connection can and should be enhanced. Noice isolation (from entree and the street) can be disturbing for someone but not too much.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. She showed us also the main monuments of Rome. Also the Location of the room was very close to Fontana di trevi and had a lot of bus stations around. Also, free delicious snacks and coffee from the room:)

We loved it and the very welcoming lady who took care of us during the stay. Will definitely come back again!

Location

The room we got was way too noisy. You wake up in the morning by noises from the guests leaving the place or having long conversations with the cleaning lady. You could hear loud footsteps on the celing when you try to go to sleep and allthough the windows look new they let all the outside noise in your little room.

Gabriella was very quick in responding and assisting with questions. The cleaning lady was very friendly. The property was clean and located in the center of of Rome. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

Great Place !

The staff was very warm and welcoming, the facilities were really clean and tidy, location perfect for a few days of seeing the sights and just enjoying strolling around Rome.. a little bit hard to find as there is no sign outside or on the doorbell, but once we realised we had received instructions it was all good! We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location!!

The location of the property is fabulous, close to all the main attractions - 10 minutes or less walk to Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, Spanish steps and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Gabriella and the ladies were lovely and couldn’t have been more accommodating, even arranging our taxi transfer from the airport for us! The apartments are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shower is very powerful too which was a bonus! The main door to the building is very heavy iron so we felt very safe. The area is super quiet considering how close it is to the main shopping area via del Corso. Although the walls aren’t very thick between the apartment and the main communal area we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was. We had a wonderful time in Rome and our stay at Approdo Ripetta was perfect - thank you!

Gabriella and her team were so friendly and helpful. Gabriella arranged a car for us from the airport, it was a beautiful comfortable BMW for E50 which seemed much cheaper than other taxis and handier than navigating transport at 8pm in the evening. When we arrived at Approdo Ripetta, her colleague met us to check us in and our room was set up with some lovely food and prosecco for our honeymoon. The evening before we left we messaged Gabriella to ask if she could arrange a car for us back to the airport - this was confirmed so quickly - and we were able to leave our cases in the B&B hallway all day as we weren't due to head for the airport until late evening (Gabriella's colleague gave us a key when we checked out, which we left in the reception area after collection). They accommodated our every request and made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect - we walked everywhere. Less than 10 mins from Via Del Corso, Piazza Navona and Pantheon, 10 mins from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, 15 to Campo de' Fiori and about 30 mins to Vatican Museums, St Peters Square, Colosseum and Trastevere.. One morning it was bucketing rain so we took an uber to the Vatican which took 10 mins!

The host was great - very responsive and accommodating. Location was fantastic and it was very quiet.

The beds were very hard (in our opinion) which made it difficult for us to get to sleep. We also had some trouble with the air conditioning although our host helped us fix it promptly.

Everything was perfect! The room was bigger than expected, very clean, very nice breakfast and the people there were just lovely! It is so close to everything, there are a couple buses that go straight to Termini station and you can even go to the Vatican city on foot! Something I never expected to find in a hotel/guesthouse was the great hairdryer haha it sounds funny but it takes forever with any other hairdryer you can find in hotels, but this was just great! Thank you for making this first trip to Rome amazing with your comfortable place, it felt like home 💕 We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Rome!

Everything was great! You will not regret it

Upon arrival we were greeted with out super friendly and attentive host, and showed to our room. The trip being part of a birthday celebration I asked if the host could do something special and we were completely surprised with our welcome! The host had a spread of sandwiches, cake, birthday balloons and even some fizz all waiting for us in our room. This was so special and really made the start of our trip unforgettable. The room itself was cosy and comfortable, with the location being great too. The host also made sure there was plenty of disposable face masks available if needed for the day. The attention to detail was amazing and I would highly recommend this stay.

Everything was perfect! We had no complaints at all and were very happy with our stay.

the doors very thin, so would be woken up every morning when staff came in to organise breakfast or when anyone was in hallway.

The location is very good and everything to see is within walking distance. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. She even suggested places for us to go. There is a communal kitchen available. There is a small stove for cooking and a kettle for hot drinks. I would love to come back on my next trip to Rome. Thank you✨
