Bonnie et Fred copropriété, sur la grande île d'Hawaï, est partie du complexe I Keauhou Gardens situé dans le Kona Coast Resort. Notre condo est une maison en rangée de deux étages de 2000 pieds carrés ayant trois chambres et trois salles de bains. Il deux vérandas avec vue sur l'océan. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement calme et privé dans le Kona Coast Resort avec accès à une piscine et des courts de tennis à quelques pas de la porte.

We (8) had plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the condo and the grounds of complex are well maintained and pools are very nice. Only negative is the lights were a little hard to figure out, but once we found all the switches it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. They do have everything you need.

We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas available. Space worked well for our family. We know it’s a tropical area but there was a bug problem, don’t know the source but should be checked into.

Loved the location and amenities, condo came with pretty much everything we needed for beach trips, was right across from the “quiet pool” on site, very short drive to supermarket and restaurants. Washer, dryer, dish washer, cook top and ovens all in great shape.
Felt like a home away from home with lots of room for the six of us to spread out. It was a great week!

This townhome had everything we needed during our vacation and was immaculate. All of the small details like comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchen, and beach gear made it definitely feel like home away from home. The owners were very kind and respond quickly to any questions. The location is perfect near beaches and shopping. The activity center help us plan our luau off the resort. The restaurant at the resort has great food and drinks. We even saw a whale breach during breakfast by the water! We would definitely return. 100% recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay- the condo was exactly as pictured and described- it was comfortable and everything we needed! Appreciated the water gear- my family had a great time! Would recommend to all! Hope to stay there again soon!

The condo resort was amazing. Staff very polite and helpful. The condo clean and convenient for what we needed. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking ware and necessities you would need. Which came in handy when you can cook your own food. Tourist activities were 10-15 minute away. The owner of condo was very helpful. Our flight didn’t leave until later in the evening so they were able to accommodate us.
Hands down 5 star rating.

The unit was beautiful. We walked to a good snorkeling spot. The amenities were fun. We wished we stayed longer!

Definitely plenty of room for the 7 of us adults! Lots of room for bags and to lounge around/eat. Parking was not too bad, we just had to get a placard for the dashboard and park in the guest parking zones which were sometimes completely full near the unit. We also found & killed 2 cockroaches in the unit during the stay, not sure how they got in. Otherwise the unit was very clean and had no other issues! We would come back again. The master bathroom tub was amazing, and the pools/amenities were an amazing feature for evenings after a day of adventure.

We had so much room for our group of 7, and everything was comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The lanai became our favorite spot, we hung out there every evening. The smaller pool is right across from this unit so that was very convenient

Big mahalo for opening your home. From the time we arrived, parking was great, super close to a “quiet” pool, spacious, clean and a nice welcome to a “cool” home when we arrived home in the evenings. Highly recommended.

As I previously shared to Robert & Merilyn's email, we had a great time and found the condo in excellent shape, and did our best to leave it as such. We had no issues, just a great time, as we have had many times before with the previous owner's Fred & Bonnie.
We also purchased, and left in the condo, a good quality, red plastic cooler that we used for day trips with sandwiches/water bottles. We left it there in hopes others may find it useful as well. We hope it will be there next year when we hope to return and rent the condo again.
Again, no issues, just a great time in Kona and in the Condo (sunsets are beautiful!).

The property was great and fully stocked with way more stuff then we could have expected. There was laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, big washer and dry, beach stuff which helped us not have to go purchase, extra stuff like aloe in the fridge, extra blankets, pillows, and sheets. They even supplied Aveda Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash.

Great space, perfect locale!~
Near perfect stay...I say "near" only because, upon our arrival, the main floor toilet flushes properly WHEN the handle is pushed forward and then the handle is pulled back, once contents of bowl have gone down the drain. It wasn't a problem for us when we figured this out, but I would suggest the owners look into a fix! Loved our stay!

This condo is great for larger families, we had 4 adults and 3 kids, plus excellent privacy. It's a 2 story condo with only 1 shared wall and in a great location. Lots of amenities, nice kitchen, and pool, bbq facilities.
We enjoyed cooking or barbecuing, plus the main family pool and restaurant is great for days when you want to relax and take a break from the beach. There are snorkel gear, sand and pool toys plus beach equipment so you don't need to bring those with you, which is very convenient.

Great condo with ample space and amenities. We loved having access to snorkel gear, extra towels, and so much more. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful when we had a simple issue. I would definitely stay here again! Just as a disclaimer: the condo is 5 minutes from the water, but not a beach. Despite it not being walking to a beach, it is a quick drive to so many other beaches and the town. All around great location.
