Cups were dirty hot tub was dirty water leak coming into pod

this was our 3rd stay here and we were very disappointed this time around. We stayed in pine pod, our heating didn’t work it was freezing for £280 a night I don’t feel like this is acceptable. We got an electric heater which didn’t really help either. When we phoned you u replied to us saying “is that not hot enough likes” as we felt that was quite rude. Looking in the review book someone else complained that it was freezing in the pod so it’s clearly not been looked at. For the price of your pods everything should be up to standards in my opinion.

It was incredible! Loved everything about it! The staff were lovely and no issue was too big.

the bed and the animals around
not suitable if it’s raining spent a lot of money for 1 night mostly to use the hot tub to be able to relax but it was terrible wet rainy weather which had stopped us from being able to use the hot tub.

The location was stunning. I liked the modern technology and access to netflix.the hot tub was an added bonus!

pod was very clean and surprisingly spacious, well equipped for our needs, hot tub was heated for arrival, great secluded area, ideal location for chilling

the pods are very cosy although found it a wee bit cold , the hot tub was amazing just a wooden one bit so cute really enjoyed my stay
the plug in the shower stank took it out to drain water from shower and it smelled terrible but went away after a while

The location - how isolated it was from everything
Although the pods were really nice and well equipped, the toilet was not the best - for the price we paid I would have liked a non-caravan all-in one toilet (been in other places less expensive with a ‘proper’ toilet).
However this is my personal opinion, the whole stay was really good

Great little pod with everything you could need. Perfect for a relaxing stay! Hot tub was fab, bed was comfy and the scenery is beautiful.
It would be great to be able to check in before 4pm or check out after 10am, it's quite a short window of time instead of the usual 3pm - 11am. However, we didn't ask so the property may be able to offer this!

The location is perfect if you want to be away from busyness and very scenic.The house itself is perfect for a family holiday and the hot tub is the perfect extra
the only minor thing was not a big enough fridge freezer for holding all of our food and drink, a little extra fridge for the utility room would of been perfect but we easily made do

The size of the property was amazing.

Well stocked kitchen cupboards with every utensil needed.
Communication was fabulous
Stunning location and very easy to find a few new scenic walks.
Bonus having the coffee shop and shop directly next door.
Couldn’t use bbq as it was broken.
Hottub didn’t appear to stay overly hot.
Living room sofa not the most practical if all 8 people want to sit on a comfy sofa together - some had to sit on dining chairs.
Observation - Tv small for size of room.

We loved the hot-tub, it was really romantic with the gorgeous view and the cabin itself was really cool - very high tech.

Superb standard of accommodation, beautiful location and very well catered for. They had thought of everything - fresh eggs, milk, tea bags, coffee, butter amongst other things already set up for us, including a gas BBQ!
