Great room and the pool is nice

Reception was poorly organised and staff didn't seem interested at all. They forgot to give us the room key, forgot to mention there was a photo session around the pool for the afternoon, didn't tell us where to have breakfast (included), and didn't mention the hot water is not working and most of the other facilities in the Hotel were closed. Tip: take your own milk to breakfast, they don't have any.

Großes Zimmer. Schön gelegen,trotz Hauptstraße sehr ruhig. Frühstücks Bedienung war sehr bemüht. Super. Schönes Hotel-ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Das erste Zimmer hatte leider Mäusebefall.Wir konnten aber ganz unkompliziert wechseln.

dirty bedsheet shower cold bath shower head didn’t work room smelt loud music being played from 8am by the receptionist very expensive taxi service - in driver was half the price

Good location for Circoloco festival and relatively cheap

It’s pretty run down although it may not look it on the face of it. I also mistakenly left some shorts drying in my room when I checked out. When I returned the next day, they were nowhere to be seen and the staff were very reluctant to help, or check for them. It is likely staff have stolen these shorts as a pose to putting them in the lost property. The ironing board the hotel have for customers to use is disgusting also, in addition to the iron not even working. The Continental breakfast could be one of the worst meals I’ve been served in Thailand too, and I’m not unfamiliar with 1* hostels.

my bedroom had two cockroaches in the beds- bedsheets were dirty, ants were on the bench

very nice lobby, pool and close to 7-11&lotus

although the room had a big bed, there was lots of ants and a cockroach
